Good app, easy to use and visually appealing. Apps contains all the services I expect from an (otherwise) mostly invisible company. Great way to enter the digital world and demonstrate DKV is more than a pile of paperwork. I use it often. Thx!
You need to put email and password to create and account and open the app. Then, you also need to put a PIN to access the app on your mobile. A bit too much and annoying? No possibility to use the standard screen lock pattern or finger print reader??
Cool app. Unfortunately it is possible to upload pictures only; connection with cloud storages doesn't work properly.
I downloaded this app to submit expenses. But cannot upload a pdf and/or google drive integration doesn't work. So it is useless.
Broken. Doesn't scan barcode, doesn't accept manual entry, different account from the Website. Useless.
I try to recover my account, i should receive an email but I don't get anything. I pressed the send email button 10 times in a day, nothing changes.

Do not install it, simply go to the website. The website works fine, if you have the app installed you will be redirected to the app that will not allow you to file your report. Im an Android user, maybe on iPhone works
The card scan does not work, and the app cannot link my card to my birth date. Nice idea but so far useless.

Poor tool, not synched with the web environment. Not sure what the intention is of this.
Most of the time the uploading of bills or photos does not work. Ridiculous.

Impossible to login. Says username does not exist. But I log with the same username in the desktop version. Just useless.
Your app delogged me. So now i want to login but I dont know my credentials, so i have to reset my pass, but idk my username, to get my username i have to get another 1000 other stuff?really??its a freaking dkv account not my bank account!!!!make this procedure easier, let me detail it: 1.in the app i click forgot username/password 2.app asks for my email 3. Password reset link and username sent to my email. Voila, welcome to 2020 Belgium!!!
And yet again, login functionality is broken. Unable to login ever after password reset.

Impossible to login. Says that the user name does not exist while I login normally on the website.

"Different account required" is hard but okay. But really, who is expecting a person to swipe more than 20 years of months for the date of birth. Imagine those older than 40. Is this some sort of punishment for getting older?

Easy and useful application
I wanted to submit expenses. What should have been an easy process with 4 possible options, resulted in 3 options that do not work. If you have your expense digitally, you cannot submit it. You can only take a picture of your expenses, and even that I am not sure if it works. Dropbox and Google Drive integration do not work, image import does not work.
