Awesome little device to have. Works great and the app so far is great also. Love the ability to take and save photos of what is under magnification. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple and easy to use digital microscope and app. Great products for the price. Thanks! 😄

The other reviewers' comments don't make sense to me. Of COURSE the app doesn't work when you connect the microscope to the computer -- it can't be a peripheral to your computer and your phone at the same time! And yes, changing the magnification means you have to refocus -- that is how microscopes work! The app is basic but works fine. The microscope creates a WiFi network -- you connect to it and run the app, and the tablet is now a display for the microscope. You can take pictures, etc. Note that the network is not secure, so somebody else could connect to your microscope and see what you're looking at.

Micro froze on while in use. DM WiFi only available through hub. No password provided. Suggest purchasing a different brand they are inexpensive compared to losses in wslcb production of cannabis.

It works ok I guess. Using the photo capture function on the microscope usually yields a blurry picture though.

After a very recent update it finally works after 2 months of constant crashing and never starting. Have yet to fully test it in botany fieldwork though.

Cant even use it when wifi is.connectex.. let alone adjust settings. Samsung a50............. ...... .... Update: over 1 years later, same phone, I pulled microscope out again as I can use it in low resolution mode plugged into my pc as if it's a wired camera... Checked wifi signal and hit connect like I have many times before, except to my surprise it CONNECTED! I've even had an image come through but it is not streaming tge image properly, takes ages to relay what it sees. I am charging it up now hopefully that solves it. Will update as I go

This app works on IOS but not my Chromebook DM Wifi app. The app/ device does not launch the camera after WiFi is connected in the app.

Works fine. Would be nice to have manual gamma and white balance correction, and an option to disable sounds. Make sure that you first turn on the microscope, and then the app, otherwise it might show a black screen.

Doesn't work on my Motorola One Action (black screen)... But it does work well on my Amazon Fire Tablet.

Requires update for compatibility with Android 12 and above. Changed to 4 stars. Thank you to developers for update.

I would have given more stars but all of the pictures & videos I recorded using this & another app for my pen camera have completely disappeared! They're not even in Google Photos anymore. How could they all get accidentally deleted from phone & back up? This is really weird.

On recent phones like the Galaxy S10, app only works for thirty seconds or so, then freezes. You have to completely turn off the microscope and restart everything. Very irritating. Worked fine on older phones like Galaxy S5 and S6.

I could install this on my Samsung A71, but will not install on my new pixel 6 pro? Stock, no mods Seems to be working with the last update 🙂

Works on new device, but only version 1.0 works on Android 4.4. Can you fix?

I connected it to my wifi, now I can't disconnect the microscope from it. Which means I can't use my WiFi. It says "wifi unavailable, using mobile data" smh. Thanks. Even after uninstalling the app, I STILL can't connect to my main 5g one. How do I fix this.

I haven`t had any issues with the app. Seems to work the way it is supposed to. Takes great photos and video. Simple to use. Using it on 2 Samsung Tablets

I love this with my kids. We now have a hobby collecting trail finds for use with this. Love it. Surprised it did not show in top results when seeking to install from GPlay on another device. Trichomes also very visible.

First I am giving the microscope this not the app. This microscope is a magnifyn glass. Not a microscope because when you get it to focus it doesn't zoom in allot, but when you zoom in or out it gets all blurry. So can you please fix your microscope.

Unfortunately the Microscope is not compatible with Android ver10. advertising say compatible with Android 4.4 or better. I contacted the manufacturer and they have no idea of the problem. Terrible technical support. Fortunately amazon has a good return policy.

I was told if I made a review on this item after I purchased and used it they would send me another one , it's been a year and nothing. thanks for nothing

Will only show a black screen and never asks for permissions to get further. The settings menu doesn't have the choices to make it work either

I received the microscope in the mail yesterday. Tried to install the app today and all I'm getting is it cannot be installed on my Android. No trouble shooting is available no troubleshooting steps of works.

My experience has been absolutely flawless. Is that works just fine. Fine. I've never had a problem with it except for I can update it.

Can't share what you capture. There is an icon that looks like it might be share but is not. It just takes you back to the saved images or video.

I've used this app for several months. All of a sudden it's no longer installed on my phone and it won't let me install it again. It just keeps giving me an error message.

Everytime I click on a picture, instead of opening the picture, it kicks me out of photos and back to the menu screen. It has been doing this for at least a month. Can you please fix this?

Seems to work well. There aren't many features, but it works as advertised with the microscope.

Just bought the microscope haven't used it can't connect to the wifi after downloading the app! Says it can't find IP address

Horrible waste of money.. can't even connect to the wifi, never mind use it. This thing does nothing! Tried everything 2, 3 times.

I love this thing🥰 Best buy ever. You can screenshot the pics to save storage also😉 Great detail and easy to use.
