Honestly this app needs a complete overhaul. Half the time I can't get in. My fingerprint doesn't work 1 time even though it worked the time before. Every time I change my password I have to uninstall and then reinstall just to be able to get back into my account with my new password. Then I got to reset the fingerprint. If I hadn't been with the bank for so long and really don't want to change I would leave because of this app

This app absolutely does not work. I've tried it with two different devices, both running Android Kitkat. One is my ZTE smartphone with service through Tmobile, the other is a Samsung Galaxy that I use as a tablet, no longer a phone. I've tried again and again, been into the bank numerous times, but it has not worked even once on my device. At the bank, I am able to view my accounts, but only on the Apple devices the bank uses, never my own devices. UPDATE 10/29/17 - Still garbage. Failed again, sigh.
