Edit: No, the screen still goes to black after 100% loading. Original review: The screen goes to black when the app is opened. It used to work a few weeks ago. Now it's just a black screen.

This app is garbage, it cannot find my email address associated to my account which means the app is useless. I should not have to call or go to guest services to get an app to work. Being able to link your account is step one for any app, and the bare minimum for functionality.

Worst app ever. I never got it to work once, even after multiple uninstall and installs. Kept getting an error message whenever I left the main page and told to restart. I'll just carry my card, keep printing off tickets and receiving the paper monthly newsletter.

Part of science is technology. This is probably one of the worst apps I've ever seen. Constantly force closing asking to restart app and very little information available. Oh and I CAN'T PURCHASE TICKETS! What's the point?!?

Keeps saying "error" when I try to do anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, restarted my phone, and force stopped the app. It still doesn't work.

So nice to have access to my account in the palm of my hand. I like having information about the Museum available and the advance notice of all the upcoming events and exhibits. Easy to use, no technical issues.

Can't view catalyst magazine. Don't get notified when new magazine issues are available. Overall app design is lacking a modern touch.

Most recent update crashes on several pages. The membership still shows, but when trying to get to several pages the app says it must close.

Not sure if it's a 5 * app, but it's higher than a 4.5. I don't understand all the low ratings, the maps are really good and it works perfectly.

Unable to even launch this app. After install, it hangs at 50% on the loading screen.

every time I open this app it tells me something went wrong please exit app. so pretty much a useless app. very disappointing as my museum membership is not cheap. make the app work

I uninstalled the old version and now the new version says my phone is not compatible. So, I do not have the ecard any more.

Great app so I don't have to carry another membership card. I had an issue with the app and they fixed it quickly.

I have generated a half dozen verification numbers and attempt to enter immediately upon receipt, however get errors every time.

I've never had a problem using my app and don't understand why others are having difficulties. My only criticism is that I can't view tickets for upcoming visits until the day of the visit.

The barcodes won't work at the front entrance so this app is basically useless.

Doesn't allow multiple devices to be signed on. Kind of dumb when we have family memberships.

App doesn't work on phone. After opening app, an error appears saying to restart app. But same thing occurs time and time again. Using a Google pixel with android p installed.

Couldn't even get past the set up screen. Keep entering verification codes, but it doesn't work.

First time using it since I renewed my membership. There is no option to update the app and it can't be scanned for entry. Absolutely a waste of time.

Not reliable to begin with. Also do not like you have to have a Facebook account to use it. I no longer have a FB account and now I can not log into the app. You should just be able to link it to your email address that the museum has on file not Facebook.
