This application helps the humans who practicing breathing exercises regularly.

App provides instructions for one of the pranayama techniques practicing by humans.

Before using the app you should learn pranayama from qualified instructor.

As per research benefits of pranayama is as follows.

Pranayama helps improves the oxygen levels in the blood.

It reduces thoughts if we practice properly and regularly.

Practicing pranayama before meditation improves the quality of spending time on good meditation.

Back ground: When i am practicing pranayama my mind is getting away because of internal

thoughts. I am missing the inhale, exhale and hold times frequently.

So i am missing the full benefits obtained by practicing of pranayama.

Usage::This app has only one main screen. Three fields existing in the main screen. One field is for waiting time in seconds before starting up of the counting numbers. Another field is for number of seconds for step duration. There is option for selection of gender. It starts executing of the steps after clicking of button start pranayama
