DNA Prepaid
After the application has been installed, the mobile data connection works only with a data package. Your balance will not be consumed after the data package expires. Data packages can be bought from any channel. If you have either Rajaton or Dataprepaid subscription, you cannot buy data packages through the application.
With DNA prepaid app you can also:
- check your phone number and subscription balance
- check your subscription type and validity period
- set safety numbers to which you can call even if your balance has run out
- check your account history
- top up with DNA Laturi
After the download the usage of app is free of charge with DNA Prepaid subscriptions.

Keeps "accidentally" buying the data packs twice and of course there is never any refund. This "bug" hasn't been fixed for over a year. I wonder how quickly they would fix this bug if instead it sometimes didn't withdraw money from the customers account. Yeah.
Problems with topping up. Many times after authorising transactions in my bank the payment doesn't go through and blocks the possibility of topping up for some time. This happens about half of the times.
Normally a really good app, but with the new update I can't use it anymore. I live in Germany and use the Sim Card when I travel to Finland. In the old version I could get a Sms code for verification. Now it just says I should turn off Vpn and Wifi (both is turned off). I need to put some money on the card before March, so I can continue using it, but I can't access the app.
A good app when it gets going. On installation of Application for a phone , the Application picked the phone number off a DNA Data Package running on a laptop near the phone !! Caused confusion when phone number had been passed to others and calls came from Data Number and it also prevented a 'top up' on the phone. To successfully reinstall the phone Application, the nearby Data Package had to be shut down so its number was not collected for the phone !
This app is really bad. Used to work, but after some update, purchases don't seem to go through on it anymore. I can see it's not just me or a matter of my phone being outdated. The majority of recent reviews seem to be negative. If you want to keep bring a dna customer, just use the dna prepaid laturi website in-browser if anything because that actually works and quickly at that. This app is just a waste of time.
Handy, comfortable, when there is active internet packet and the SIM card is inside the phone. I took off the SIM the handset and inserted it to modem, but did not update the prepaid account in the app. It continued counting days until end of packet, but didn’t update after I purchased the new data packet. It showed “You don’t have new or queued packets”. However, I started buying the packet from the app. I'd suggest to add feature of family members' numbers info. So, it'd be very useful to see parents or children MSISDNs, whether their internet packets and saldos are in place. Reasons: 1) actual not only in karanteeni times, but for those who in usual life cares of other family members too. 2) will increase customer satisfaction on family level, I believe. I like the app and service of DNA, but.... Thanks ahead.
App is virtually useless. I mean good I can see my balance and internet BUT, I can't buy anything from my account balance. Why? You can straight pay for internet but when you try to buy package you need to pay with card. Only way to use your internal funds to buy is to go to the dna website instead. Then excuse me but what's the point of this app? Not to mention it straightup gives error when you try to pay with card.
The payment gets bugged all the time. And i can't find the basket so i can delete the previous order of top up. I haven't paid yet and while i am trying it says that the previous payment has not been completed. How tf can i see the previous payment? 🤦♀️
Spent more than an hour by trying to top up my balance. Been blocked multiple times saying that previous payment has not been completed. There is no Apple or Google pay among the payment methods...
One of the worse network, they said unlimited calls when you subscribe, later they charge you 16 cents per calls, what a nonsense is this. I really fed up with this subscription, I lost 64 Euros.
The app doesn't work without an active data package. You now need to buy data before you can log in through the app. I'm considering buying a new SIM from another provider.
Thanks to new update, I can not use the app. It requires android 6.0 and up(I have 5.1 in Finland). Does not make any sense to use it now. I buy my internet when I need it. If this does not get fixed I will try to find new options. Not going to buy a new phone in the near future.
I've used it for years, works fine in Finland. Fix suggestions: sometimes the balance update takes 30 minutes.
Very easy to use and many package options. Only issue was the delay in updating the saldo.
Updated application doesn't work. I only get Welcome screen. Android and iOS app same problem.
DO NOT USE! If you change SIM card and put money in the new one the app will instead pit the money on the old number and DNA just say sorry nothing they can do, buggy, bad programming and the devs should be ashamed and I should know I am a senior developer.
Don't have internet connection after having purchased 3-hours internet. This issue hasn't been solved since December 2020. I will switch to other brand for 4g connection.
meh, i prefered the layout before the latest update. i can add mobile data easily with thr app, great.
I don't know how to figure out, but why I cannot open the 'laturi' to reload my card. It happened after I updated the DNA application.
Used to work, change to new phone, same Sim card but the app said my subscription is not DNA prepaid, but it definitely is!!!
The app swallowed an extra payment today for a 7 day package. So instead of 6.50 I was charged 13.00 EUR. Unacceptable.
App struck at welcome page..No further navigation..older version was good.
Why the application doesn't show the remaining data package in Gbs?? It only shows the days which I already know.
This app is broken How do you have the nuts to even keep it here ? Only laturi.dna.fi works My advice is to hire a guy who can fix this app but will you do it ? Probably not because big bosses love monies

Stopped working and there crappy customer service..no response
Used to be good, recently gone downhill. Now basically requires restart of phone after every time you use this app, due to internet package otherwise not activating if you were connected to wifi during purchase. Protip at time being: turn off wifi ALWAYS BEFORE you ever tap on this app. If you're lucky, the purchase still works and you don't have to restart phone. Sometimes it does not work though, app is somehow unable to use or activate the data connections required to use the app itself.
