Reverse Complement of your nucleic acid sequences.Reverse translate from amino acid sequence to nucleic acidSearch of desired sequences and from a database of restriction sites. Translate the sequence in all 6-frames (reverse complement required). Cut and paste any sequence into the app easily. Copy results easily unto the Clipboard. Exporting the results in FASTA format.
