DNAApp: DNA sequence analyzer
- ab1. It includes handy tools such as "Reverse Complement", "Jump to", fast and end scrolling, "Chromatogram adjustments", amino acid translations, "export to fasta", and "searching for segment" function.
When used in combination with other zip apps, and also web-tools like Blast, this app allows you to analyze, and also determine the quality of your sequencing files.
This app works with cloud storage access like Dropbox to your sequencing files.
**Please note that this app is only compatible with Android version 4 and above.**

Es file explorer and dropbox installed, but still does not work. It seems the phone needs to be 'rooted' first, but I am not keen on doing that.
Very useful. Work's fine here for ab1 files via ES File Explorer on an unrooted device (Pocophone F1) but throws an error when opening from Dropbox.
Doesn't work. can't recognize ES file explorer as being installed even though it is. Included link to install ES explorer also doesnt work.

So far T4Gx...not opening ..watched video ..most helpful...going in to Dropbox.
To confusing and no matter what file I open it "stops responding".
I can't open any ab1, which i download to phone from my gmail, always get the same error, ENOENT file or directory not found... Same error no matter where i put the file, including google drive. I've been waiting years for an app like this! Thanks! DropBox worked great! Awesome Work!
I can't open any ab1 file, even if that file is on my local storage! I get the same ENOENT' no such file error as a previous reviewer, and don't use dopbox. The app offers no help in this manner. A shame as it would be very useful!

Great ab1 app
I liked the app very much. But, honestly, it is very difficult to use. Please make it user friendly. The app does not open .ab1 file without ES file explorer. Since ES file explorer is currently not available in Google play, so, please update your app so that file is accessible by any software. Thank you.
