online banking. sort of. The app does not allow you to know your deposit information to endorse your checks, does not automatically take the photos when in focus, does not deposit instantly like other online bank apps. I know we're a small bank, but please! Update: app now uses fingerprint for login, but asks for password when you try to transfer after you've already signed in with fingerprint. What's the point of the fingerprint?
The initial download was not a problem and the site was user friendly. However, updating the app has been a nightmare and thus far unsuccessful. I waited over 15 on the first occasion and over a 1/2 hour thereafter and nothing so I'm unable to utilize the spp
They stopped allowing mobile deposit. One of the two things I used the app for... UPDATE: Its working again now, not sure what happened there, but it had stopped for about a week.
Only took them 4 months to fix the app. Not constantly crashing on Android Pie any more.
Instructions for getting a good picture are now provided. Putting the check on a dark background really helped!
I love depositing checks on the app. I don't always have time to get to the bank and this is so easy.

Do not go to this bank there are the wors bank in the neighborhood, nothing but problems. There should get people who know what they're doing in there office. I never bin at such a bad bank like DNB.

This app was great, but for the past few weeks it works less and less frequently...I can't even get logged in and end up having to use the browser instead more than 50 percent of the time. I'm not sure what happened, but it's really aggravating.
whatever updates they put out fixed the app. it almost always works
Processes checks forever. Almost never works. Galaxy S4 Active EDIT 2/17/18- App works just fine. I have the OnePlus 5T and fingerprint login works very well every time. A little outdated in looks and maybe features but it's enough for me!
Don't understand why they haven't worked the bugs out of this app yet. Almost every login results in some sort of error and half the time I can't get in at all....and they still charge for external transactions...disappointing.
A really simplistic app that shows how out of date this bank is. I had better online banking 10 years ago than with this app. Advice, hire a young app developer, and update this by 10 years. ****And with this update they are now 9 years out of date. ****Still garbage, signed up for mobile deposit won't let me sign in says can't validate my credentials, no help from CS, I'm tech savvy and this app is literally a waste. I can login on my PC just fine.
nothing but System errors. Shouldnt be this hard to check my balance.
App is fine but there seems to be a bug with the Android version. Everytime I click to view pending deposits it says there is an error. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Same thing. My daughter who has an Apple does not have this issue. I would give it 5 stars if fixed
