DnD 5e Database

A great app that usually saves me from flipping through the PHB, but it's not perfect. The search function is next to useless, the ads sometimes cover the bottom item in a list, and some of the tables are scaled wrong and impossible to read. It would also be nice to be able to organize things by book. I'm not really interested in any of the UA material, but it is all listed in this app, even if it has since been supplanted by official release material.

The content is there which is the primary reason I got the app. The style is a little bland with everything being one font on a white background. I do appreciate the ideals, flaws, bonds, and personality tables being included in the backgrounds. Many of the races, classes, subclasses have their source books cited. I think it would be better if the title of the sources where maybe a grey text so it doesn't mesh with the names of the classes and such. Oh and the image link buttons are a nice touch

Very good and efficient, as well as easy to navigate. However, there are some blatant spelling errors/typos that are notable. However you can easily deduct the meaning. Overall, very good. As a newly baked DM, I'm using it as a quick reference guide. Clear,a sufficient array of customization options and overall great. I have yet to find an acctual problem with it. 10/10

Really good for commonly used stuff, but there are a lot of items and things that aren't here (animated shield, for one, which I use often). A bookmark system would be nice, or an overall search so you can find an entry without knowing every single subsection the searched-for thing would fall under. All things said, pretty decent, but has improvement room.

Look, banner ads are one thing but getting a full screen ad every ten seconds is completely obstructive. I couldn't even explore the app without being interrupted by ads midway through reading the screen! And "pro is ad free" isn't a proper answer because I couldn't even use this app to tell if it was worth my money. In fact, based on those ads settings, I can tell you it's not.

I love it, being stuck at home i got my brother into dnd. I stumbled on this app and instantly knew it was going to be a breeze to build a world and characters for him. Not having to look up every little thing cause i dont have the money for the books makes it go so much faster and smoother. My only complaint if at all i guess would be the look but thats just visuals. Small suggestion would be mix of fonts and when looking into specific things have tge background have like a parchment wallpaper.

Decent design, but it's missing alot of rules, and some tables. It also has alot of doubles of articles, and way too much of the unoficial stuff with no option to filter sources. If you had an option to filter the sources the amount of unofficial options used wouldn't be an issue. There is also a large number of gramatical errors.

solid database. free, so can't complain much. lacking in some info, a number of misspellings, and it is really inconvenient not to be able to jump to available subclasses from a class page. you have to go back twice, then forward twice. there should just be a list of links for different subclasses at the bottom.of each class page.

Aside from the occasional misspelling and whatnot, I have yet to find another 5E database with even half as much information regarding classes, feats, subclasses and so on. The magical items isn't terrible either as starting lists, and the base equipment is great, this and one character creator app (5E companion) and I basically have 98% of all 5E information. And I can make very detailed characters as well. And yes there are ads, but they aren't pop ups/commercials, which is even better IMHO.

Great app very resourceful can easily find races for new characters and their racial features equipment feats and monsters. Some of the races are missing like leonin and satyr but might be added in future updates. Overall I recommend this over using dnd beyond.

good app but a few tweaks could make it great. you currently have an expansive list of d&d items but the character sheet inventory won't pull from that list. would be great if I could click an item in my inventory and get the description. ( keep the ability to type in field for homebrew). also character sheet pages are just numbered I would suggest giving them title or allow renaming. otherwise a great app.

Would be a five star as it is a very good app and especially because it is free I understand having banner ads (I also appreciate that it isn't a video ad) but the banner ads cover the last row of selections so the only real improvement I need is to have a blank space under the last selection row so I can select it. Thank you

brilliant app both as A DM and as a player. however, there are a few bad points worthy of note; - lots of spelling mistakes. lots. - lacking info on a lot of monsters/beasts in particular - lacks the new Unearthed Arcana (UA) updated Artificer and it's subclasses. the current one needs updated. - the UA Mystic needs to be split into class/subclasses. this is mostly due to how the UA was written, but as it stands it's a bit hard to read and know what subclasses get what. otherwise brilliant

There's a huge "Patreon" button with the same layout of the others, that BTW are smaller, AND that the screen shots in here doesn't show. There's small ads on the bottom and constant full screen adicional ads. All the info in the "app" cam be found on pdf and sites. You better of like that. This is not a database app, it's a ad-app.

Overall a really useful tool to use, minor typos are present but it's not super abundant and annoying, I've actually gotten quite a few laughs out of it. It would be nice to be able to submit your own content just on your device, maybe have a homebrew section for that. Either way, it's a great app with a wealth of information, especially compared to other apps of the sort.

A lot of typos, some are hard to decipher, and the ads that run at the bottom of the screen block access to what is behind them and can't be removed- as an example I can't access Wizard at all because it is the last in the class list and permanently stuck behind the ads

I love the database. It's the most comprehensive can find in a mobile app, but the character sheet? Is so tedious just to look at... And to fill in all that info individually ... I can do that with pen and paper. For now I won't buy the premium version, but again fantastic work on the database

The overall app is good though may be hard for users who are new or who are just lazy. you should add a function that automatically adds features/information to the character sheet according to which class and race is chosen, other details can be done by us. I ask that you please add this feature for us nerds who cant handle all the blank spaces and words ;)

The app is fairly organized and does provide some support for Dungeons & Dragons 5e. However, I have a issue with the tables as they are of low resolution, making them fuzzy and hard to read. It's a major sticking point with me as they are important to the game, rendering this app near pointless. I am sure there are better 5e system reference documents out there, such as "Complete Reference for 5e". It's too bad. this app had promise.

Really useful and fun. I got lost for hours in the different items in adventurers packs Really helps deepen the game. The class seperations leave a little to be desired. They seem to be missing the finishing details Overall really good app

I like the utility and easy use of the database. the character sheet though would be better if it used the database to automatically fill and add based on dropdown lists. all in all it is a great free app.

A very convenient source of information, and even covers expansions. The UI is a bit rough, but once you look around a bit you can find just about everything you could need. There are a hand full of errors here and there, but overall a very solid resource.

I like this app a LOT. It has fulfilled every desire I wanted from a reference app with one exception. The only request I have is having the monster pages having a picture of the monsters. I know that is a big ask so that's why it doesn't factor into my rating of 5 stars. I only ask because my PCs do not read forgotten realms books so they have no idea what most of this stuff looks like. That being said, great app. I have already recommended this app to all of my DM buddies. They all love it as well.

Hands down, THE BEST dnd app in existence. Has literally everything, amazingly user friendly, sleek design that's not at all tacky or annoying like some other apps, and over all deserves to be recognized for the gem that it is. Have recommended to at least 10 people by now. The only way it could be better is if the very few and far in-between typos are fixed and you get the ability to copy the text in it for easy character creation.

This is a great app but it has a small flaw, the last option in some of the subclass lists don't work. When I click on them it doesn't show me the subclass specifics.

This app is awesome. It's a blessing at the table. It's easy to navigate and the amount of information is impressive for a free app. There are quite a few spelling errors but not enough to ruin the experience. There are quite a few reference apps out there but this one is hands down, the best!
