App is great. Bad review is for the service. What good is a police force if it cannot enforce the law. Nobody checks DND registry and when you try to complain the server (of the telephone company) always respond with "Dear Customer Your Request could not be processed, please try again later. Thank You Reliance"
This app is unfortunately made by our sarkari NIC for TRAI therefore it always guarantees unresponsive behavior , it was designed to make sure that no complaints be taken but NIC and it's employees be paid for maintaining this app. The reason why the whole country is fed up with presky calls but only 100 people are on this app is not visible to either TRAI or NIC and 3.1stars does not feel shameful to them.
The App does what it's meant for, but there are still issues that have not been addressed, like when I want to view my compaint status it says 'Respnse Null' and this has been there for ever. I would recommend the owner of the app to work on this to get this working. There has been no update to the app since 2016.
Have used this to complain against multiple numbers and got many of them disconnected. Significantly reduced my spam sms. If using dual sim phone, make sure message is going from same sim you got the sms on. App won't work if you have "ask which sim always" enabled for messaging default. SMS list inside the app shows in reverse i.e. latest sms are at bottom, can be corrected.
I am not able to lodge complaint with this app. On lodging complaint, response I got is "Dear subscriber, Correct format for complaints is MESSAGE,SENDER,DATE TIME(24hour) of message received in DD/MM/YY HHMM format" . Service provider is BSNL
I recd call today from airtel saying not to sms but email. Where's the email option? In the format these guys can't see the number. They're blind. How can I company to TRAI directly? This app also can't manage dial sim phones. The SMS need to go from specific sim card only. How about having option to email respective authority with message as well as SMS or call rec'd screenshot with date and time? Things would be easier for all. Also there's no option to move to never phone. My details should get transferred so I just need to move forward. It's asking me to register the app again. This is for the same number I was registered for.
Horrible app. Doesn't allow SMSes from your mobile to be reported and itself doesn't show all the SMSes received in your mobile so that you can report them.
After latest update, the only message one gets is Generic Failure. Further, no possibility to report for second sim in dual sim phones.
My Service Provider BSNL has not stopped filtering messages despite repeatedly reporting spam messages. So it seems like a toothless app. No deterrence to service providers.
Worthless app. This app just reports the unwanted SMS to the service provider and service doesn't even care about the complains.
New update never reports properly. Service provider calls and tells that y request can ne processed as the info sent to them is incomplete. Good job trai and these goons have entered a nexus
I blocked unwanted sms from my primary SIM 1, but want to do for the 2nd SIM also. There is no such option. Please add an option for SIM 2 too.
Dual SIM is not supported, Jio response is "Invalid Options" Please fix these issues

This doesn't work, I got unsolicited SMS ,yet I'm unable to report it through app, app shows no SMS in inbox even though all permissions are given.
i used this app to complain.i got a got from airtel that the app has not forwarded the time user details and source of the call details so they cant take any further action.if the app cant report this important details then what is the use of it!
Whenever we use the app to complain about UCC calls we receive a message saying invalid options from the operator.
This app does not recognise telemarketers starting with alphabets like 'BP-61111'. I cannot register complaint against this, please improve, as earliar version did not had this problem.
Useless application it is not capture time of SMS and call, DND executive refuse the complaints via this application. Please capture date, time, Sender ID and SMS contains. Without date and time DND executive close complaint and revert incomplete information.
It's annoying to get a notification for every sms. Give an option to enable or disable this feature. Otherwise it's a good app and complaints get registered on time.
In MI A1 after getting updated to Oreo it's not working. Fix this issue
Full of bugs... When I try to register a complaint, I get a "Generic failure" error. Does not show recent calls and SMSs. A good start, but has a long way to go to become a useful app.

Crashes moment you try to send SMS complaint. Only call complaints going through.
The SMS text if it contains comma is rejected as invalid format.
With update, it improved. SMS along with its content can be reported now. complaints through the app were quickly serviced by my service provider vodafone and resulted in service disconnected for dnd violates. However some genuine complaints were marked as not promotional in nature or verification in progress. How can I lodge my grievance if I am not satisfied with such action.
