I mean seriously what kind of service do you get when you pay premium.. Traveling date 11 11 2021 nagpur to Chandrapur MH34BH7177 timing was at 7.10 bus came in at 8 and was just stopping unnecessarily and wasting time.. No point travelling if you want to get to reach destination early.. Pathetic service man.. Owner please do take a note time is money..
Pathetic service. Earlier (before pandemic) used to give the best service. App doesn't work
It's a very easy way to book ticket of DNR express. Simple app no complications
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WASTE OF TIME AND WASTE OF MONEY. We Booked the ticket for 3 Pm Bus and they transfer us to 4 pm without updating us. They were not ready to either refund or cancel the ticket. The bus which was scheduled at 4 pm from Chandrapur which was already 1 hour late, started its journey at 5 pm (Means there was total 2 hours of delay). DNR promise us that we'll reach Pune on time at 8:30 am but still we are travelling and it alredy 11:45 am.
Poor service, buses get cancelled as per their convenience. We got informed just before 1hr and rescheduled bus was also 1hr late. Staff is rude. The lady on call was rude and ignorant.

Don't take this bus, if you want to reach on time at any place, because they are dont know about your value of time, every stop they take 15 to 20 minutes, time shows that 1 pm to 4.30 pm bus will reach but this is only for showing. actually vehicle will be late will reach upto 6.30 pm hrs, without traffic... only time pass.... don't take this if you take any train Or flight... becouse they are irresponsible people... I am Firsttreated... with DNRRRRR....
