There are no pics to follow, just a paragraph explaining (sometimes badly) how to do each stretch. also, at the start I have to choose one of 3 options. How must I know which level I am at or when I should move to the next level. Overall, disappointed.

There is no actual daily or weekly plan. There are 5 different exercises at each of 3 levels: beginner, average, advanced. The exercises themselves are great yoga poses, so if you can make a plan yourself to dedicate to, it's decent.

This app is very very good and better for people that interested in being flexible and people that are interested in doing the splits but it's just that they are no videos only pictures and instructions to see the excercises please create a video and it has too many ads please work on it and this will be the best app ever please download the app you will enjoy it!!!!
