No longer works. Will not allow me to see any documents. Flashes back to previous screen without downloading, or allowing me to view any documents. Needs to be updated to work with the latest Android formats.
Keeps crashing since last update, developer hasn't updated or fixed issue for a while now. Update : yo fix it got to settings, apps, select Docagent and clear your data and cache, you need to enter your log in formation again.
Invalid Client. Selected my organization. I get an invalid client message. Username and password work on a desktop at work. My colleagues with IOS have no trouble using the app.
Last update makes it not work. You have to go into app setting and clear data and allow storage. Someone posted it and i tried it and it works now
Won't allow me to view my pay stubs, opens PDF view then forced closed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Used to work perfectly now it's a dumpster fire. Also, there's a spelling error when you log out. Says "loging out"
After update it did stop working. Cleared data and cache; changed my phone settings to allow app permissions. Works just like before.
If you are having issues with this app. Go to settings. Go to apps and search for doc agent and then click on storage. Clear data go back to permissions and allow for storage permissions. Then try to use app again should let you in.
It works now. I had to delete data then go to permissions and allow permissions and viola, it works. Thank you lady below. 😁
I just downloaded it and need it for work. I've sent multiple messages that the app won't even open.
I can log in, but that is all I can do. Won't open my pay stubs, can't even open the help screen. This is the most unreliable app I've ever used!
This app was working so good, now it's just useless and stupid. Everytime I click to see my check stub it doesn't allow me to see it. Can you please fix this problem
The app use to work but now with recent updates it will no longer open. I have tried uninstalling and re installed but nothing works.
I can log inbut it wont open when im on it..it says the app is built for older version for android..i hv samsung note 9 it used to work ang now its not allowing me to open ..pls fix
Terrible app, doesn't open. Crashes at start 100 percent of the time. I can't believe this was released like this.
Was working now it has error internet connection problems! I know im connected to internet!😡😠 I have the newest version of the app and it crashes won't let you open it 😠
Needs an update for newer phones. Even tells you it is an older version. Dumb, since there is no updates available.
No longer works. Can't see my paystubs anymore. Goes to PDF screen and says something about there was no application found to download the file. Please fix the issue. I have to be able to see my paystubs.
i like being able to see my checkstubs the only issue i have is ill open it to check my stubs and close it it pops up for me to log back in until i reboot my phone, and it does it everytime i open it,.
Had to uninstall, it is now a useless app. Was working fine. Now I cannot view my stubs, it kicks me out when I click on my paycheck.
I can log in but I cannot see my pay stubs or my w2 😑 it used to work but now it won't open and my phone is up to date, it opened on an iphone but not on my note 10+.. ugh

Does not work. When I try to load my t4 or Paystub, it flashes white than backs out. Downloaded it again and doing the same.
The documents will only open with Adobe acrobat pdf viewer. It won't work with the Google pdf viewers for some reason.
This most recent update has completely crashed the app. I can't even get it open. Can this please be fixed asap?

Will not open since new update. This, apparently has been reported SEVERAL times but it seems no one wants to fix it
It was working fine, it had an update now I cant view anything at all. Its completely broken and useless now.
You need to update your software. New smartphones won't run this app. I would like to see my pay without going on the computer.
It's still not working even after trying the version posted on Oct 28th (cleared data and cache after re-install and all permissions were allowed). I went back to version 1.1.50 by installing it from an Apk file and turned off automatic updates. I don't think they know how to fix it yet. Using Galaxy S9 and Android 9 with September 1 security patch level.
