I want to pay a bill when it is due and not when I receive it. Either notify me then or allow me to program the payment for later. Delegating this task via a standard Short Payment Descriptor to the bank app would be better. Landscape mode needed to be able to read small text of documents (pinch to zoom doesn't allow to see the full width of the page, making it difficult to read.). Please allow to copy the text! Partner's list should be sorted and searchable.
Archiving issue. Can't archive my documents. This is as from last update. Begin January 2022. Issue activating finger scan on the app as from update forvmore then 1 month.
Documents are either not loading without any message (endless revolving circle) or I get a 'check your internet connection' while both my 4G and WIFI are working fine. Force stopped app, cleared cache, ... Nothing works. Edit: working fine now, hope it stays that way, handy app when it works..
Payment via ing bancontact App does not work. Could not find a way to actually have this set up to deduct my bank account automatically, the way domicileering is supposed to work. Not delivering ease of use, but rather extra work for the customer. - Thanks for coming back to me. I confirm I have the lastest Version of ING app. Version 1.46.0 New month new game: still not working with ING.
I uninstall the app several times to try the login but it's nothing happening at all. I try more than 10 times to login but I can't see the documents I don't know what is problem. The app work good 2 weeks and whenever new documents came it's start again on screen you have to login.
Mobile application does not give access some documents that are locked. Once you log in through web page. The document is not available, only the notification. This is important document probably as it is about taxes. Once you subscribe, this document is delivered only through Doccle. The chat bot does not offer any solution, going rounds with "sorry I do not understand " once you provide the SPF as provider you need the documents from. I want documents on paper for clarity and reliability!
Scan doesn't work for remittance info. Even once edited manually, the info is not passed to the bancontact app. So in short, if use your remittance info won't be in the payment! The rest of functionality is same as zoomit or banking app, so not much added value.
In a region where modern organizing still creates new paper procedures, the objective isn't easy. This software is very useful. I love the invoice scanner. Good job!
I don't like the fact that you cannot change the payment date, except if you are KBC online user and pay with the KBC app. Something that could bw convenient becomes extremely uncomfortable, if you have to type over the invoice into another payment app.
Takes multiple tries to login because it does not recognise itsme and randomly logs me out for no reason when I've finally managed to log in. No responsive layout, overly complicated interface. Too bad I am forced to use this app for my job.
I only use it to pay my invoices from Vivaqua but it doesn't work with Bancontact anymore
Unable to open any new or archived document! Instructions are to log on via itsme, which I do, but nothing happens. Just downloaded the app today so can't blame it on not using the latest version.
Finally, finally, finally, finally! I could not save any documents since before summer vacation. Took you guys Way, Way, Way to long to fix it imo. But it is fixed now, finally. Iam going to give a 3 now instead of a 1
I chose the app to receive all my important communication, and suddenly it decides to lock the most important documents with single unlock : itsme. After validating with itsme it just stays waiting. Buggy.Don't use if you have a samsung device
I had doccle for many years in my mobile. Recently was not working, I uninstalled it. Now I have tried many time to install but it's not possible to install it anymore.
Have to make 10 times more actions to pay my invoice as compared to Zoomit or direct transfer. From app to browser, to itsme, back, confirm, select payment method, confirm, are you sure?, confirm again, login to bank app, confirm... Absolutely user unfriendly!
After the update it doesn't work anymore ☹️
Terrible app latest time. Can't do anything with doccle because error 'check your internet connection', but there's no connection issue at all. 05/05/2020 checked again and issue solved
No link to your bank for directly paying an invoice. You have to open the bank app and manually copy the information over from Doccle. You can't even copy and paste. Our bank ING dropped Zoomit (which has a direct pay option) and forced us to use Doccle.
getting problems since introduction of high security concept. The application asks to login with itsme, which I do but after confirming the login to doccle in itsme it returns again to the login page, so impossible to login. update 06 aug : after another update finally login using itsme works .. to get an empty dashboard page with only a welcome statement and my username and login method. Please test your app before deployment ! you got 1 star because can't give feedback with zero
It says no internet connection, but I can watch YouTube... So that is not true, tried relaunching the app several times without succes. Pixel2
When I try to open documents blocked with "its me" account I can't do it as my confirmation not visible in Doccle. I verify my identity via "its me", but Doccle remains blocked. Both apps are latest version.
Suddenly started crashing whe trying to view secured documents. Reinstalled and now cannot login anymore. Error message 'unable to establish secure browser connection' although I have Chrome installed.
Now that we can login with our fingerprints the app is way easier to use, it removes a lot of frustration. Nice improvement.
I normally use your app to pay my water bills which was so much easy, now that's not possible any more what a shame. There is no where you can click to make payments anymore
