The app is really handy especially with the fingerprint login. I just wish I didn't need to enter my password everytime I made an internal transfer. I get that security is a high priority but it's annoying when I'm on a time crunch.
If I could rate this app a 0 star I would. Every time I go to log in I set up biometrics and go through the security questions after putting in my password. Every single time I go to log in again the app acts like I am on a new device and makes me go through the same set up of password and biometrics. When you don't get your security question right you then have to go on their website to reset your password to put in the same answer to your security questions you already put in on the app.
I have called to get this app fixed and all I get is,"It's working on my end", but it sure is hell not working, nor have it been for 3 weeks now...called today 12/10/21 and was put on hold for exactly 16min.and 11 seconds before I just went on hung up...no one saying anything me...I been with this co. For over 5 yrs. and force really do business in Nacogdoches and the business with them really sucks at time...very frustrated
The app is just ok for me.. A couple of things would make it better. First is moble check deposite. Other banks ive been with have it. Second... Have the balance with the transactions like other apps.
Decent, Reliable, Features arent amazing, but it does everything it says it does... works on android and iphone...
It does what it's supposed to. Rarely freezes. Rarely sneezes. Hardly ever seizes.
Worst app in history of apps
Cannot access the app at all. It's like it completely stopped working on my Samsung phone.
App doesn't work, well works when it wants too. I have to login to the actual website which is crazy
I'm really a fan of this online banking app. It helps me manage my accounts and bill payments. I'd be lost without it.

Great App!! Very convenient when you are not able to visit a local branch. Also, great for depositing physical checks. And lastly the security protocol is convenient as well with the face I.D. or fingerprint recognition!! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOOOOOVE IT!!!!
