Thanks for making the app I've been looking for! I immediately bought all available extensions, price is peanuts compared to the damages done by trying those docking scenarios with a real yacht. :-) To the disappointed reviewers complaining about game levels, graphics etc: this is not meant to be a fun game, it's meant to actually teach candidate skippers to dock a yacht. Feature request: I'd love to see a boat with twin rudders, as they have horrible handling by the lack of propwash.

As a sailboat captain, this app is pretty damn good and addictive! The effects of wind, current, helm and engine lag are realistic, and can cause one's pulse to rise! The line work features are messy, and the game doesn't always end once the boat is tied up. No matter, the game builds boat handling awareness and is really fun to use.

OK the free version is very limited but having chanced my €3 for the version you can enter weather and use the other precooked scenes I found this very useful. I then quickly purchased the scene creator option as the precooked scenes are more for gaming than realistiic learning. I created my berth which often has a cross wind and figured out how best to berth - this will save me hundreds in gel coat damage. Oh - I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 the stylus is handy for placing objects in scenes. Provide a deck level view of approach and it will get 5 stars.

Have used multi million dollar ship simulators and work on a training ship. This is not bad. If you go down to your local Mariana and watch some docking and then use this app. You may not look a complete idiot.

Mooring controls are total nightmare. Stupid bot boats keep coming at you - far from reality. Impossible to move visible area to see what is in distance - unrealistic again. Will not buy full version and remove the trial one

Liked it enough to upgrade, but the line handling mystifies me. You can't pull the boat with a line - when the line is nearly tight (but still has a few curves in it) it says you can't pull a tight line. Also has quite a few mis-spellings (tigth for tight, for instance). It is also unclear what the goal is in some scenes - A2, for example. It says "Exercise to handle lines - pull forward slowly". So I took 2 lines ashore, and tried to pull the boat forward with them. It wouldn't let me get them tight, let alone pull the boat with them. Does it mean to move forward with the engine? And where is the boat supposed to end up?

Hello developers! I really like physics and controls, just a few questions: 1) Why does it run so slow? I have Nexus 5, all high-load apps runs smoothly, but this sim doesn`t inspite of 2D. 2) I really don`t care about graphics in simulators, but this is really shame. Unreasonably low quality textures and fonts. It worth nothing to update few textures to look good on FullHD devices. 3) It`d be good to add more levels in both paid and free version. I`ll GLADLY buy this game, change rating and advertise it to everybody once 1) and 2) be fixed.

Pretty good. Line handling is awkward. Engine controls are a bit slow for a34 foot boat. The opposition pays no attention to the rules of the road. I would like to see a southerly 35, twin rudders and a bow thruster, thus no control over the stern unless moving.

Good stuff. To that guy who complained about lack of bow thruster, I have a 43' boat without one. Many large boats don't have them. Realistic physics here. I was able to spin this game boat almost in its own length using foreard/reverse and prop walk just like I can my real (full keel) boat. However, three things less than perfect. One, the timer encourages one to hurry. This is stupid from a realistic perspective. Two, the other boat seems like it's actively trying to interfere. Three, getting a line to th

Some quite experienced skippers recommended me this game. Very useful to show possible scenarios to someone else. Also line handling is rather realistic, it could be made even slower and less reliable.

advantage: Very good and realistic physic disadvantage: - too small steering wheel and gas throttle. - App does not work in "portrait" mode, but only in the landscape. - Message regarding "free scene mode" appears during simulation - disturbing

Free version is just an infinite annoying pushing to buy paid version. Could not really get an idea about the app - the concept is completely lost behind blinking commercial ads. See no point to buy.

Really great and accurate simulator for sailboats docking and handling under power, that can be used for skipper training. It will be very nice to have in the future options for anchoring both stern/bow to dock (med mooring) or freely.

I really enjoy this sim. Its very accurate. However the line handling function needs improvement.

For me the steering wheel is all wrong if you just touch it in the wrong place the wheel will turn 180° either way and when you release it it will not straighten up and I also like better graphics which this doesn't have

Best boat simulator I have found. Unfortunately you can only play one level unless you buy premium. Except for this the game is great!

The harbor is full of boats that are out to get you. Hardly realistic. Docking is hard enough as it is. The app needs a traffic control button. Also, don't 40+ feet yachts usually have bow thrusters?

Great physics of the boat and all the forces around. Control of operating on lines could be more easy.
