There is no information on Marinas abroad. It is useless!
Love this app...in the old days you would have to fumble through pages and pages in a waterway guide to find a stopping point, now you can see pictures and descriptions of marinas and points of interest near by...easy to use and plan a trip

Great service for adventurous boaters. I have found destinations I did not know existed even though I cruised the same waters for years. Convenient and simple. Beats the old days when you spent hours trying to reach marinas on the phone.
We are a small Marina in New York and we were one of the first Marinas to join Dockwa several years ago. They're success has been instrumental as they now provide marina software which unfortunately doesn't meet the needs of many Marinas such as ours. Their new sales plan is to charge a monthly flat fee year round if you're not using their software. This cost exceeds our transient revenue 3 fold which they know, especially only being active 4 months of the year. They said they sent membership requests to us which was false and very misleading. I've tried working with them for other options to no avail. In summary, we're to small of an outfit for them now and our club refuses to use them going forward. Its to the point where some members will not stay at Marinas that solely use Dockwa for transient services. JG
Recommended by a friend but I'm not able to make a reservation. after i enter all the information and my credit card, i never get a confirmation screen to complete the booking.
Worst app, but for boaters we have to use it. We have all l Kinda of problems with it either not taking our information, error messages, or just not working entirely.
Very easy means to make marina reservations. Each year more marinas are added to the offerings. Also more marinas want the reservations to be made via Dickwa.
app doesn't show where you are on the map. Also doest return to the same view of the map when you look at a marina and go back.
Easy to search for different places to go to. Once you save your boat information the search begins and the adventure and fun follow!
Finding a numbered mooring field layout for Boston Harbor Islands is painful. Navigating the app and making reservations works great.
So easy to use! Responses are almost instantaneous, at least when dealing with Dockwa and North Point Marina, IL. 🙂
It doesnt appear to save state in the app. IF you hit back button during reservations it will make you start over.
Very easy to use. Retains all boat info so convenient when making multiple reservations for a longer cruise.

Excllent source of information on US marinas. Major weakness is the failure to include meaningful detail on Canadian facilities, especially on the shared Great Lakes.
so far, difficult to use. I had to go out and back several times. still no joy on confirmation of mooring. should be simpler
Easy to navigate, very informative, and very helpful in planning our trips.
Very good application
So far I've had a good experience. One thing I do though is after I make the reservation. I call the marina to make sure all is clear.
Cumbersome. Easier to call the marina directly. Adds no value to the process.
Crashes immediately. Not even enough time to fill out profile.
Works well on WiFi, but is slow in weaker cell areas.
I was not able to finish my reservation on the app. I selected all the options then the button to reserve wasn't there. I had to use my PC and go on the website. Other than that everything worked well.
