Having a hard to me to contact them as I need to change my mmc number(provisional>full registration). And when u are trying to change in the app, it's disabled!
I cant review the downloaded course. Goes straight to quest. My apps is updated. Shud i uninstall and install again?
Poor feedback from operators and poor upload of points. No points for those who want to watch webinars later..inconvenient

Great handling and information given out
Good app, but I don't know how to download the lecture files and videos. I need to reread it often to remind me about it or apply it to my daily practice. If not, I'll forget about it soon enough. I suggest you to let us to download it for free but stamped specific to user's device so if the file copied to other devices, it can't opened.
I am unable to access some events on Docquity despite receiving personal email from the organizer. It shows a notification saying 'This is Restricted content'. Unresolved despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or updating my relevant details. Hope this can be sorted out soon :(
Docquity is good application, easy to used, useful
I see a lot of articles in FB that I would like to read about. When I click on it , it directs me to Docquity app which always lead to ERROR. Have not read any of those interesting articles. When I try looking for those writeups in the app, I have no idea how to find them.
I cannot screenshot or screen capture the lesson I have taken. The purpose of this app.is to make us doctor knows more about a topic right? what is the purpose to make this e-courses if we can't save what we have learnt? if the problem is copyright, then just make a watermark behind it (the tables, the pages, etc). in conclusion the application turned bad.
Unable to view the online course since Jan 2022. It keeps going straight to the quiz
This app does not allow you to retake yoir PRC ID when you have errors in uploading it. Also, I cannot even edit my PRC number at all. I hope you will take time to update all the medical schools in the Philippines. You cannot even type it. Such a hassle to use this app. It's not user friendly. A lot of improvement needs to be done.
Not user friendly at all. If i click the same event it does not work if not accessed through my profile. Closes everything if i use another app and have to access it all over again. Lots of bug.

I hv registered my hp number, told to key OTP, wch was sent x 3 via sms and was rejected as invalid. How is it possible that your own otp is invalid.
Not user-friendly. They ask for our information while there are no options to delete my account or change it to as a Student or as a Dentist, if in case you accidentally selected "I am Doctor". No logout button feature to login with another account. You cannot register with an international number when you're abroad you and will be considered as a Doctor licensed to the country you are currently staying. Very less options to change, particularly deleting my account.
I've been waiting for so long for an app like this. No need to make sure my search words are perfect to get the most relevant results. No more distracting videos of K-pop and anime! It's great because its all here in one place!! A big thumbs up to DOCQUITY!!
For a free app, I expect registration & verification of my profile, including profession credentials, to be instantaneous so that I can do it last minute. I don't expect to upload pdf of my degree, registration or valid indemnity insurance ... hence I must say this free app is realty less than perfect.
Took me 30 minutes just to register because of app errors. Upon registering it doesn't even work and all it did was to load and malfunction. They cant accommodate the surge of the app users and the app still needs a lot of work.
I can learn and update My knowledge in medicine
Even though it takes time to understand how to use each feature of the app, It's so useful for doctor to communicate with fellows, discuss about cases and also get access to informative webinar and journal updates. The only issue I got is there's no time description in the post and comment section which makes user couldn't know since when the comment has been posted.
The occasional technical glitches are understandable, depending on the internet. But what I like is that Docquity is user-friendly, easy to navigate.
I appreciate the lectures and clinical experience that i was shared by experts. However, my cpd point not transfered despite joining lots of conference which promised cpd point, the email which sent to me with qr code also not valid. I do asked for help from docquity but no reply was given. Good portal for learning but poor managing team
Very helpful and user friendly
This app work fine for mobile fine but I wish it to be compatible for tablet usage. Few problems when I use on my tablet. 1. I cant get into landscape view 2. Bug thats keep show low internet connection.
