Just loaded this onto my personal Key2 and I have to have an access key issued by my IT administrator. Who is that? I wish to copy downloaded music from my bluetooth folder to the relevant music folder and although I can copy the relevant files, I am unabe to paste them into the required folder. Is this security gone mad?
Unable to use this app anymore. Only business users are able to use this app now. Very disappointed. Docs to Go should have remained open to all. Shame on you.
False advertising, this app infact does require login, which does require connectivity, just like all other annoying "online" office apps :(

what was standard on the bb10os I now need an enterprise account for. why do I even need a blackberry anymore then? same with blackberry blend.
Used this for YEARS on the BB OS, but now it only works if you have a business account. I know Android wants us to use their products and know if we had access to continue using superior apps, it would be no contest. I NEEED productivity apps, and Android's just don't get it done
Did not install. Needs BB business account. On my BB phones this app is very useful. 😕
I can't even get the darn access key. Why is it even needed in the first place since I'm using a Blackberry Keyone?

What's wrong, this used to work fine and now it asks for enterprise activation. Please fix it so we can use it on my DTEK50
As a private person who has bought a Priv it seems one cannot use this app unless you are on a company network. On BB10 you could. So this BlackBerry app is in effect useless for the BlackBerry Priv. How ironic.
What's happening? Can't access this app on my K1. This is one of Blackberry's best apps. I have so many docs on my z10's docs to go that I can access on my K1. This docs are so important to me. I can't view them anymore on my z10 after I transfer data to the K1. I'm so sad
Using a blackberry dtek 60 and this isn't compatible...sure way to go!

Points for being better than Docs to Go but the app is extremely primitive. It definitely doesnt come close to matching the editing prowess of other apps out there. Needs a lot of work to be an effective and productive tool. For now, only good for reading and not editing. A call or move to another app while editing, loses all changes that were already made in an unsaved doc. The app doesnt talk well even with Blackberry Work as files saved from the inbox there are not visible in Edit.
