I've always used this app since my first smartphone. Easy to use, does what I want, except for Tables in Excel, but like one of the other reviews noted, it hasn't been update for awhile and I really wish they would. You can print from almost any app except this one. If I want to print I'd have to send the document to another app or email to my computer than print it. Please update it so I can print from it or else I'm going to have to use another app, which I really don't want to.
I've used "Docs To Go" for at least six iterations of Android and changes of high end smart phones. There are, of course, limitations which would/do not apply to full blown computers with MS WORD but otherwise this App is very good. I'd not hesitate to recommend this App to anyone. Five STARS.
missing one of the most rudimentary options. a search function and that is the sole reason I rated it one star. really ? It's not that difficult. I have a hard time wrapping my head around as to why it does not This app has bean out for a long time and they have not managed to incorporate that. with that being said all other function are easy an simple. once I find an app as easy and simple to use with a search function ? goodbye. I just have not taken the time to look so I am sure there is one.
I paid $15 for this app several years ago, so that I could save files not just view them, and so that I could disable ads. Now you've completely swapped out all the benefits of originally paying for your app, for cloud access that I will literally never use? What developer in their right mind not only swaps completely unrelated features on its userbase, but puts flashing ads in their paid version that you can't disable!?
this app CONSTANTLY keeps getting disabled, (several tines a day) forcing me to re-enable via play store to avoid ads. btw i have the paid full version so this should never happen. Any chance this bug that started in last few months will ever get fixed? Running Android 9 on Samsung Note 9.
I love the simplicity of this program. It's so much smoother and quicker than using Word and Excel. I took off one star since I couldn't move the cursor with the Samsung Keyboard, but that's probably Samsung's fault.
i paid for full version, noticed im gettin ads.the reason, some how, the full version was disabled! i enable it, it got disabled again(there is a bug somewhere or they want u to buy the full version over and over again).i don't kno what is causin it.was goin to give it 1 star but stop at 3 from 5.note8...
Best office app on Play and is still being updated. The app desperately needs a modern interface uplift. Please add some color options to the interface (Dark option?)
App doesn’t open google drive files like it says it does and customer service doesn’t have a reasonable answer. It worked great and then it quit working.
Once again I had to pay for this key. This is the fourth time I have paid for this key access. Every time DTG changes to another format, even within the Goodle platform you must buy it agan. Their support said there was nothing they could do to help
Google recently updated their Google drive protocols and I can no longer log into my google drive to access my files. Can you please look into it? Thank you love the product.
Been using for many years. Found to be usable and reliable across devices. Still going strong .. (3 years later)! Brilliant!
I *was* a happy customer for years. But over a month ago, basic Save functionality broke, and Tech Support has utterly failed to address the matter.
Error 1033 error can be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling both the unlock key and app. Hope this helps.
Very pleased with this app. It allows me to create and edit Office compatible documents 'on the go', as advertised. Invaluable when I'm out and about doing PPI stuff. Real value for money, in my view.
Premium key gets disabled for no reason. I paid for this to remove the ads so its extremely upsetting to see ads everytime I use it.
Updated to an Xiaomi A1 phone which has Android One and this key no longer works. It tells me it was developed for an older Android version and to contact the developer. So, here I am.
I love thid app. But I just downloaded the app to my desktop and can not sync from my Android to Desktop. I seems it just works all the way around. Please help 🆘
I can't install this version as I keep getting an error 505 but whatever I do it still fails. So Im stuck with an old version that won't open modern file formats.
Keeps getting disabled for some reason and I end up seeing ads. Has happened three times now.
This was excellent for years but now is disabled for unknown reason and I cant use what I paid for. Frustrating! Please fix!
This program has major problems with locking out premium purchase customers. It is asking to purchase the item (again)
Using since 2003. Very happy. I have transferred to at least 7 phones over the years and have never had a problem.
Couldn't make 2 columns. Only 48 hours to get refund, and my help text would not be answered for 3 days.
All in all a good product. Three stars as there is no Print option

I BOUGHT THIS AND IT DOES NOT MS DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY DEVICE I HAVE A MICROSOFT SURFACE AND IT ONLY RECOGNIZE OLD DEVICES LIKE A OLD PIXEL 2 PHONE THAT I DON'T EVEN USE ANYMORE IT'S NOT IN SERVICE AND MY KEY TO THIS FILE JUST SITS HERE AND NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP ME... WHERE IS THE HELP DESK ????

I had (and loved) this app for probably 6-7 years now, it works great, and I have had no problems with it up to the last 6 months or so. I paid the extra amount for the ad-free, but lately I keep getting annoying ads, and they can't be shut off, so when I want to look something up quickly on my Word program on my phone, then close it, it can be quite embarrassing to hear this loud advertisement that I can't shut off. I have to keep enabling the key for the ad-free. I'm about ready to try another
