The app has many bugs. Earlier when I started using in 2020, the app was pretty well. But started showing many errors after a year, and the developers seem to be least bothered about fixing the issues. Won't purchase the Gold plan again.
Had a really bad experience. I have been getting spammed with SMS 20 times a day and i am not even exaggerating. Tried to delete the account, couldn't find the option within the app. Tried contacting them on the provided support number, turns out number is also not working. Extremely discomforted by them trying to impose their service on me. Would never use the app again. BAD!
My experience with this app has been very good but when I recommended it to one of my friends than I realised that you have doubled the annual subscription fees. Please increase the subscription fees in a suitable way, it was 799 when you people launched this app. Now it is 1899 around. You can increase fees slowly but doubling them is not a good idea I guess.
I paid for the doctor's appointment but it was showing that the payment has been failed for some season but the has been deducted from my account. I called the customer support so many times but they did not pick up. In 2019 it was a good app. I was gold member but this time I am very disappointed. They have degraded thier quality and also raised the price so much that is not affordable for students.
Worst customer service....worst refund team... I took a gold membership and I was not satisfied with the doctor , so I asked for a refund . They canceled my membership on the app but its been 24 days and the refund amount is still not credited to my account. I have called them a minimum of 5 times in these 24 days and everytime the same answer 'we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we are escalating the matter' after that nothing. Its really irritating.
My first time using it. An not sure what went wrong. First time the payment went through and my bank account was debited for the amount. But the App indicated that the payment failed. So I paid again and it went through. Now am waiting for the initial transaction to be reversed. Not sure how to raise this issue in the app.
This is the worst app I ever seen. The consultations never get updated, sync issues, all medical departments won't appear. Support team just say uninstall n install which never works. It's like restarting the computer without fixing issue. I've been using more than 2 year. Sales team come only when our subscription is over. After that any issue related to COUPON code will never be addressed by anybody coz support team doesn't know about this. Issues with app is not new it's been there always.
The service is good but app is too buggy. I reinstalled the app and my gold subscription is gone! Then I have to call CC and they gave me a coupon code to use with every transaction from now on! seriously? Moreover, you won't get any gold member benefits while purchasing the medicines if you're in the coupon world. Also, I received many calls for purchasing meds from them and flood of app notifications. I hope the team will fix these bugs ASAP, otherwise its really annoying to use on daily basis.
This app is amazing .. everything is perfect... all the services are pretty impressive... but there are still some things which are missing like the payment settings are missing.. I'm struggling from last 1 hr to know why my Paytm wallet balance is showing as 0 which is not.. even the customer support doesn't have the answer.. I don't have an option to unlink and link again.. don't know what to do
App UI is great & recently added video call option is extremely useful. However, it would have been great, if there was an option to choose language to speak with doctors. So that people can explain their condition better in their mother tongue. I will give 5 stars if you add this option.
it's a real good and helpful app. sometimes you just have doubts or health issues and want immediate consultation, this is the best go to app in such cases. The doctors are really good and hear you out well. it's really beneficial for your first or second round of consultation where you can't go for a physical consultation and would prefer just talking to a doctor. I have consulted multiple doctors for different issues and each time been extremely satisfied with the outcome!
I am very annoying by your app payment options. I have done payments 3 times but same issues are coming. I don't have any confirmation from your side that did you receive payment or not. Every time i have to send the screenshot of payment. Very cheap application from my side this is a big issue. Consultation is being closed from your side even dr. Is saying, your treatment will be for six months. I have to say all time my problem.
Service quality has been deteriorating lately! Lab tests are being committed though the lab partners are closed/unavailable (careless response from customer care too). I have been mailing them to get an invoice for a long time and created multiple tickets, all in vain! Which service provider can't provide you with an invoice, duh?! Poor service! Not gonna continue gold subscription from next year...
This is the worst app there is in playstore. Nothing is streamlined. Plus if you book anything from the app or even order medicines, it doesn't even record the data let alone give you an order ID. Please take screenshots of everything you do on this app because nothing gets recorded. The service also is just pathetic.
Great app, superb fast connect to doc, got the med and was happy with overall service. But then the most annoying part of 6-7 more calls asking for feedback and trying to sell subscription started. Even after telling the callers about the same, I keep getting calls. While the app is good, the customer care team spoilt the overall exp. would have actually rated 5 star if not for the annoying calls. Hope the feedback reaches Head of customer service!

In the recent version(2.4.93), I am not able to upload any image. Not able to start any follow up consultation. Every time I update the app for better feature but instead the features get degraded. Very pathetic to see the features get degrading specially for gold customers. Worse support team and poor quality app
Needs very much improvement. Despite having a Gold membership, some doctors are rude. They insist very much on different subscriptions, but after that Rs 1899 subscription, it's very difficult to talk to the personalized numbers provided. For a single, I need to call 4 times in 3 days. Wish a good luck with this feedback.
Worst experience I never had with any other, I have paid for gold subscription but no subscription is added to my account. Service was worst I try to reach them many times but didn't get the good support. didn't even know when they will resolve my payment issue it has been one week since I am facing the problem. There is no option for selecting the language for doctor, my parents can't able to talk to doctor because of this.
My experience so far has been good. But there is a procedural lapse through the application since the invoice generated through consultation does not bear the patient name. The same may lead to issues while we claim medical reimbursement. Kindly get the same changes done in the app.
Many people say that docs app is not worthy or not good. As from my point of view & after using from 1year, it is very clear that doctors are responsive, the support team is fast and all medicines prescribed by the doctors are branded and available anywhere. But not sure that the doctors that they list here are too professional and expert. I'm bit confused about it @docsapp Also the app needed much improvement for more user-friendly...
One of the worst services wouldn't recommend to anyone all that they are interested in is making you buy their yearly subscription. When I told them I only wanted one time consultation they agreed to send me the payment link within 10 minutes. I waited for 6 hrs still nothing. Also very hard to find a customer care person to solve your issue. Phone rings and then disconnects itself. I would recommend many other platforms for online consultation which are far better. Choose wisely.
Honestly, I really like the concept of online consultation, but there are some serious issues that needs to be fixed. the app doesn't have a user-friendly interface It's a complete mess actually.Edit: this app is fraud, I applied a coupon purchased from flipkart and payment was done but No doctor replied, I waited for two hours but no one responded.
I have purchased your gift card from Amazon for gold membership but not able to activate it in your app. I tried to get in touch with CC but no result. the way u are dealing the issue it's seriously create doubt about your services. Update : They called and fixed the issue for me and till now it's going good.
One of the perfect application in the health sector. I've been using Docsapp for the past 1 year and cannot be thankful enough for the support received. The staff and the doctors are immensely helpful. Shoutout to Lokesh from Docsapp for being persistent in making me purchase another year's subscription! Some UX changes needed but other than that, it's a fabulous app.
Application functionality is satisfactory you can perform all the task you needed to. But the user interface is not upto the mark. I don't like the feel of it. There is a lot of room for improvement in the user interface of app. Otherwise the service docsapp provide is quite good doctors seem qualified and wating time is minimal.
