Well structured app However, some of the interface isn't friendly e.g. Works only in landscape mode, the text box is maximised when typing.. And, it's quite cpu extensive. I assume this is probably because this app is encrypted. Optimising it will be a great idea. Lastly, it will be great to add an attach option for any relevant docs such as Ecg & etc
