The apps give 3 notifications stated that result is ready but when I click / check there is no result show. It Says sample under processing. & Bp counter say will send by email too.but no email from BP.. really really disappointed

Absolutely unnecessary, buggy and redundant app. You could just EMAIL or WhatsApp the results to us but noooo, instead you want to forcefully get people to install you stupid app and at the same time get all our personal Info. Not only that, if the app doesn't work. I got blocked when attempting to link to my IC to get my results. Bravo, never again I am going to BP for covid test.

The app is super useless. Keep on redirect to the ic link page and yet keep on prompting to update user phone number. By the way. It read the sms verification code even phone owner did not provide any approval for the app to do so. Your app support / live chat / customer service is soooooooooo bad. Not respond when chat nor picking up the phone. Just e-mail my PCR result instead of forcing user to use this malfunction app!

With the latest update, now I can't see anything. Just a grey screen. Why can't you just send the report via email? Absolutely unnecessary waste of my time and my phone's memory. Not forgetting the added stress. Zero stars is what this deserves. This will be my last dealing with BP healthcare.

This app is useless i subscribe because i need a urgent health assistance but when i already subscribe the doctor is offline what is your problem. Owrst healthcare apps so far

Failed to link to my id for test result. Even after i register with my contact number also failed to link it. Thus, it become more than 3 time i try to link my id to get test result. I need the result asap. This app is complicated and not user friendly. Hate it! Try to get help to live chat also failed.

Paid RM250 for the '3 hr result' but it arrived over 15 hrs later. That's still ok, can still understand. But once report turned 'available', we can't even see the result. It only shows a blank screen with 'unable to view result' and 'online result error, nullable object must have value'. Is this a coding problem?

Request refund on 01/03/22 , until now no one to follow up my cases. It's like scam apps . Better to avoid to use this apps.

Can't even view my report from this app. They instead sent to me via email. I wonder what this app is for. Stupid app

Once doctor ended the conversation, no way can see messages after tap to open from my phone notification. Chats and notifications in app are all empty.

Extremely user unfriendly!!! I already signed up all my details and was in a rush to get my PCR results! It kept telling me my details are not in the system bla bla... then I called the helpline that was given to me on the email I received after my PCR test and a VERY RUDE LADY answered and was pretty much NO HELP! Ended up going all the way back to the clinic to get my results! Thanks for testing my patience!

Worst app ever!! Can't see result for covid.. Asking for update phone number again nd again. Even after updating many times... Better just email lah covid test results.. Why forcing customers to download useless app.. Or hire some good developers..

Always grey screen on start up after the 3 seconds ads on Google Pixel 6. Updates: 10/01/2022 Developer fast response and provides help. Now gray screen issue gone. 👍

Terrible experience with the app. All ok until verification page, it stood there for ages, and the next page won't load. How are we gonna use it?

Poor customer services. Can't reach all the contact numbers provided. No reply Whatsapp regarding to customer's issue. Website live chat is useless (no action taken after replied or promised)

Poor app, never successfully login after install, after enter the verify code the page keep loading loading loading then time out. Few attempts also like that, wasting time.

Dev responded to my feedback, seems to be server side issue. I have not noticed any issue since then.

Despite attempting for multiple times, I did not receive the verification code that the app alleged to have sent to my mobile number. This caused inability to link the account created to the medical record.

There's a bug when I try to retrieve my medical. I can't retrieve the report and it shows the error below. Online result error Nullable object must have a value.

Can't view anything after updated, only showing a grey screen....it's been about a week...pls help to fixed it....phone is Samsung S21....

Very bad, ask permission to everything in your phone. ffs this is just daylight robbery, I just want my blood test result, send via email is better than this trash app

Saw some complaint on grey screen and nothing display and yet no response nor solution, what happen? This apps is for display nothing? Bad experience!!!!

So far okay. There have been improvements since the last time I visited the app. Kudos.

I think the app either has bugs or is poorly developed. Not user friendly. The app keeps lagging & at times hangs. Also for example i tried checking out the wellness program. It says click the test below to view more details and i pressed every millimetre of the screen & nothing happened.

We've been asking for our invoice... we called twice and were informed to send e-mail to support which we did TWICE but our e-mails remained unanswered!!! It's frustrating experience!!! We had also problem on getting the results that forced us to call several numbers because either the voice mail is full already or just kept ringing. However, I must mention that the doctor was available one hour after we requested for the swab test.
