The wait was to be expected . There are many sick people looking for help. This was the 4th facility I tried to get help. Two were over capacity and one charged me to advise me to go to the ER. I was not in distress to need the ER. The care and concern was phenominal here and appreciated. Easy to talk to and listened to my health concerns. Addressed each one. I would use them again 10 times over.

Outstanding care! I was in desperate need of my inhaler...at times struggling to breathe...my Drs. office did not even return my call...then I developed a sinus infection...I was so unsure what to do...I really didn't want to go to emergency...I remembered that this was available...I had never done this before and was concerned about it. It was so easy and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me with my medicine and knew exactly how to help me! I am so grateful! Thank you.

So comfortable to have a one on one doctor appointment from the convenience of my own home. This eliminated the distractions and frustration of an office visit and allowed me to remember EVERYTHING I needed to ask. Not forgetting to mention there was no exposure to a full waiting room of ill patients for me and the doctor as well. I will be using this service again.

I had a crown break on a Friday evening of a 3 day holiday weekend. On Saturday night the pain developed, so I knew it was an infection brewing. By Sunday morning the pain was unbearable. I fould Doctor's Care from Google. The provider was nice, knowledgeable, and fast. Their service was fast and convenient. The best part was I stayed away from the waiting room and office (Covid). From my experience, I will definitely use Doctor's Care again. Thank you.

This app is amazing! Even if you do not have insurance it is very affordable. This app is very convenient and helpful. The physicians are always attentive and do anything in their power to help with your medical conditions. I have used this service 3 or 4 times now and each time they have treated me with great care and felt better within a couple of days. I highly recommend this to anyone that cannot get to a doctors office and needs care immediately that does not require an emergency room.

If you need a quality virtual visit this is the best choice. Both the assistants and doctors are kind, efficient, and effective. They've made quality health care accessible and I am so grateful!

The men and women in the medical field risk there lives on the daily to help us. People they don't know they still go to work and risk it all everyday for us so hopefully they can save our lives complete strangers the doctors and nurses are hero's truely they are. This app keeps us and them safe so please download this app and do the virtual visit so they can go home to there families and we can stay with ours it's so easy to use and for 55 bucks you can't find a better deal.

Great app, great people, saved allot of time and stress, pharmacy selection was kind of buggy but went through eventually

Won't let me even sign-up! Will not upload pictures of driver's license and insurance card. Keeps saying service unavailable.

App kept glitches when I was trying to set up an appointment and even though I never had an appointment it charged my card.

For some reason a "pharmacy update" is required for a tele visit, despite the fact that it is not possible to do said update. Im just looking to get a referral for covid testing and for some reason a pharmacy is needed for that even tho I cant give them a pharmacy. Ridiculous

App says you can use it to discuss skin irritations but the Dr on the app says that I have to go to a physical location for it.

Very easy to use. The doctor was available in just a few minutes. The medication he prescribed was sent to my pharmacy quickly and I am feeling better now. Thank you.

I love the convenience of the virtual visit!! When I'm sick I dont like to leave my house and this keeps me from being exposed to other's illnesses

On hold for four hours and then we get a message saying unable to serve you at this time!!! Are you kidding me!!! Then I call the 888 number and he can't get through to anyone to help us so he suggests we try again! Are you kidding me!!! Virtual drs care sucks!

Doctors care sucks. Their x-ray machine is from year 2004. When you gotta take the slides out and recharge them before you can take another x-ray. Hello Barney, Wilma and fred...come on in the slides are charging....oh. ..Dino can come in too...hes just a dawgasauris. Please don't go to D Care
