I paid for Doctr to find me an appointment in a walk-in clinic. But I had time to get myself an appointment and then find a second better appointment, all through the messy (but free) government platform, while Doctr didn't find anything within over 30 hours. Not worth my money (at least it was just $5).
I could not find the information I was looking for without having to pay for an upgrade. Your explanation of the app led me to believe I could get emergency room waiting times.
New user here, subscribed today on March 23, 2022 at around 0955 and received an appointment for tomorrow confirmed today at around 1735. Just what I needed, great service for the first time use!
Was pretty sceptical about this app at first. I had been on the phone for hours on end to get an appointment with a doctor,wich always lead to me being told they didn't take new patients,or that they were already full... This app got me a rendezvous within 24hrs Very satisfied! No phone calls no time wasted,just a few clics. Fantastic app (I'm from Quebec)
Shows the wrong percentages on the main emergency room list (for Quebec at least). You have to click on each hospital to see the actual capacity. Example Lakeshore shows as 90% but when you click on it, it's actually 140%
So far I've actually got an appointment not through the app, but still. Wait time are more or less accurate
If only the app that I pay a subscription for worked,I could give it a better review!! Because of a "high volume of members", I can't even go farther then the log in page! It not just during peek times/hours of the day either. It's all day ,any day. Get it together, or give me back my money.
Hospital Emergency times and graphs inaccessible for my area. Its most likely a user intrface thing. The app before the update was easy to navigate. Do you have to sign up for an acct now...?
Very helpful app. Books assortment in less than 24 hours. I have to tried them all and it's the best so with the subscription.
If you can, you should call as well to confirm times if you live in an area where you can choose which hospital. Found a lot of the hospitals in my area don't participate in telling times over the phone as well as this app.
Every month I've been charged twice, cannot get into contact with anyone to cancel this service, and can't find any way online nor on the app!
Great app, needed to be seen urgently for an x-ray and it helped me find a clinic that was accepting walk ins. Only problem is that it asks to register, but then doesn't work
Worst service, waiting time is very long and only one clinic choice... and I got charge on my credit card in a free trial! when it wasnt even my paying method. No trust anymore.
Interesting that you offer Care Coordinator Service and Send Photo-as-Fax". I think the options are good options for paid. I'm assuming theres other infrastructure behind these offerings. CONCERNS (1) Previous UI was better - too "bubbly" now (2) Doctors included under "Walk-In" that reside in hospital SUGGESTION (1) Add "Search by Quadrant" to bring up clinics all in a given quadrant of a city. (2) List services offered at an Urgent Care Center" (3) Remove doctors at hospitals under Walk-In
This app DOES NOT give real time ER wait times; it gives a link to an external site that no longer exists. Do not buy, and certainly don't upgrade to premium.
Not useful, no way of cancelling subscription on app or website. Never got a confirmation email of payment but has been charged each month.
Love it! Very useful!! Definitely worth having it, so you can consult and either choose where to go or what to expect.
For Quebec the hospital names are long. This app Scrolls the name off the screen when they're long. You need to provide a way to read the entire name of the hospital, else we don't know what we're looking at.
The app doesn't even recognize that the busiest ER in Ottawa exists. Queensway-Carleton Hospital people, look it up. Totally useless.
Extremely useful here in Montreal where wait times are ridiculously long! Hasn't let me down so far.

Free version is near useless. Live wait times not available.
Does not work. I tested, went to the hospital and it was packed. I paid for nothing I demand my money back.
