5/2/19-So today I received my first response to the ticket I submitted previously about features not working correctly. There was no message in the email, only a notification that the ticket had been resolved and closed. So these guys let open tickets sit around indefinitely and then after not responding to them, just close them and call them resolved. Wow. the app works ok, but there is absolutely zero support! No response to email. purchased the app and now it looks like it has been abandoned.
Super easy to use. You're able to edit the size, shading, etc. of you images to make them look as if they were actually scanned by a copier. Awesome app
I really enjoyed using this app but recently on my Samsung A30s it has started not operating well. When i choose to share scans it says no documents are attached. If i try to attach a scan to an email i will end up sending an email with no attachment.
Terrible. Couldn't get anything in it to work/work properly. I've used other scanner apps before and this one, being recommended by a teacher, was just horrible. I don't recommend unless you like wasting your time.
Used app for 5 years. No issues. Now on an Samsung A32, Docfy gives message that file is not a document. When sharing and export to pdf not possible. Gives same error message as Trev francis below. Check trev frsncis review message. Please urgently repair. Thx
OCR doesn't work saying this ----->> (An unexpected error occurred forcing the application to stop. Please allow us to collect the following data to fix the error: Device Model, Device Specs, Android Version, Application Version) every time so UNINSTALL!
Hello, I switched to an Apple device, and I can't access very important documents from the Docufy App anymore. How can this issue be resolved, so I can access my info? Thank you.
*DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!* I scanned three (3) documents. It only captured one (1) of them. I missed a deadline because of this bad app.
If I INSTALL Docufy (AKA Docfy) and then tap on "WRITE A REVIEW" for ANY app [ANY app] and then tap on "LEARN MORE" above, I get a popup which says: "Allow Docufy to access photos, media, and files on your device? Deny/Allow". [REALLY!] If I UNINSTALL Docufy and tap on "LEARN MORE" for ANY app, I get the expected "GOOGLE PLAY Comment posting policy". Go figure. There is something rotten here.
App constantly stops working and you need to keep trying endlessly to export PDFs. Otherwise, excellent.
Got to give props when props are due! Does everything you need to do! Sharing capabilities, I give about a 90. But for free . You just need to do work around it!
It worked before fine and now it doesn't attach files and export anything. It's pretty much a waste of money now.
I loved it! (She said in a happy singing voice🥰) I had to send a legal document in the era of stay home stay in to my lawyer, also staying home, so yeah, what's not to love. It was super easy, and I am so not a tech girl. Thank you my daughter for hooking your Mom up👍
If only there was a negative rating available....... Scans the docs. But doesn't attach it to any messaging app. Error "can't attach empty file".
App is not working....you can't attach pdf file from this app to email.... disappointed in lack of developer response to fix it
Saved pdf files are all 0B. App doesn't work on galaxy s10.

it is great, have been using the app for 4 yrs. now. A requested improvement would be to reposition the scan button so that it is not directly over the top of the 3 dotted menu option of the last scanned document in the list. One can not share document, unless you actually open that file. where all proceeding documents can be shared quickly as one has access to the 3 dotted menu buttons.
