I like the watch and the look of the app, but there are still a lot of bugs essentially when it comes to pairing. Also I can't update firmware because it keeps on disconnecting. Also it would be nice to be able to save my data to some type of account so that I don't loose it. I also can't find my town in the weather options.
Watch doesn't record sleep properly. Either records only awake time and no sleep time, doesn't record at all or records incorrect sleep hours. You also cannot manually alter records to correct information either. Sleep patterns therfore cannot be tracked as it is wrong. Also when you charge the watch it loses all your settings and info! Would rate it 0 if I had the option.
With the new update, I am experiencing even more problems. The notification setting for other apps keep going on even after switching it off several times. Please fix. Quite irritating to have the tracker buzzing the whole time, because of other apps on my phone that run on the notification panel.
tried updating 9/1/19 and still the bluetooth on watch is not detecting the phone or app. 5/1/19 updated app just now and still not tecting bluetooth. this is getting really frustrating. Please fix the bluetooth issue. my phone/watch connection worked 100% until you did the update on 28/12. Now the bluetooth on watch does not want to connect to any device. It's not detectable by any device.
Not great. Battery only lasts for about 9 hours. Doesn't record sleep properly. It was a birthday gift-very disappointed in the product. It's as good as useless.In fact it is a rubish watch, I've wasted my money, I expected better. Have upgraded firmware but no improvement.
Connects successfully to my Huawei P20 plus. However, I need urgent assistance to link app to Discovery Vitality account otherwise it's all but point less if I cannot update my activity info. I've sent email of my query. My daily stats after updating on the app get appended whilst charging the wrist device. I'm losing essential data history. All workout turn futile.
The app is not able to connect to the watch. When I am on bluetooth it shows connected but in app when I go to advanced settings etc it shows its not connected and asks me if I want to connect. It is so close to being a great product but the the app lets the watch down.!
Watch is OK. App is disappointing. Wish I could use different app that actually works with the watch. Unlike other apps, you lose the entire day's info if you don't refresh info daily. Heart rate info and sleep info does not always pull through unless you actually activate the heart rate mode while app is open on the phone.
looks like a great product but unfortunately useless if the app doesn't work. Doesn't seem to pair correctly even if it says paired. doesn't update app with information and notifications don't work. Huge disappointment especially when this was a Christmas gift to my SO. Returning it asap.
The watch was a gift and would link to my huawei p10 lite no problem until this morning. The phone cannot even find the watch as a bluetooth device. Uninstalled and re-installed the app, but to no avail. Also read throug previous reviews and I am not sure what the abbreviation APG stands for. Some help would be appreciated. I tried Orunning but still no luck. Switched from my huawei to my Samsung and on the samsung it works fine. Seems to be a Huawei problem
I've had my DoFit for 3days and already my bluetooth on the watch won't go on. I can't even find it when I do a search. The sleep moniter doesn't seem to be functioning. I think the step counter may also be multiplying my steps too. I am not able to get any info from the website besides what is already on the manual I received when buying the product. I know this isn't a top of the range product but it's not exactly cheap.
The app looks like it works on compatible devices other than mine, I have a dofit delta 2 watch and it seems to only connect with dofit 2 gps app. Problem is I can't download the app now, it rejects me.. I don't know if it has been discontinued or what. I can only download dofit 1.0 app and it doesn't work with my watch.
I am unable to connect to my watch at all but i can connect the watch via bluetooth on my phone the app just doesnt pick it up or has an error, cant even change the time without the app rendering the watch useless, any help would be appreciated.
Rubbish, does not connect to the phone, Uninstalled the app, re installed the app, logged out, logged back in, switched phone off, restarted phone, nothing, not even a, I am sorry for the time and money waisted by you, this is so disappointing, but most of all, now I have to go and buy a new watch for my daughter and explain that this is not working.
I have my watch now for almost an year now, works perfect, struggled at first to get it connected to previous phone but got resolved after a day while i discovered that the shop I got it from gave me the wrong info as to what app i should download from playstore to match phone. I have a new phone now and upgraded latest version, all the problems are resolved thank u sooo much. Weather app is working also, never did, I am so happy thank u again xxxxxx 👌
this app has got to be the most consistently disappointing app I have ever used. it's probably worked all of 3 days in 5 months I've had it. I so wish I had just got a Samsung watch and app instead...it's worth saving for, feels like I've got a major knock off here.
Ever since the update I am unable to connect the watch to my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well forgotten the device. This is quite frustrating. Please fix the relevant bugs or advise on a solution.
Activities tab is blank, i have refreshed (reset), disconnected, reconnected...... Nothing seems to make it work. The sleep meter doesn't work either, shows zeros all the time😏
Absolute piece of rubbish. Can't connect to product, unless it has access to private information and permission to use personal information for neferious purposes. Never trust an app that wants access to everything on device without valid reason.
My Dofit watch keeps notifying me of the same messages every 30 seconds. It just keeps sending me a message saying how many steps I did yesterday and how many I have done today... I have updated the app today and don't know what else to do.
Downloaded the app, and cant even find the device, the find the device button on the app doesnt even work.... the other app to download, suggested by the pamphlet in the packaging is just as worse. Bad buy. Rather buy a genuine
I have been trying to connect to my device but it is not working, uninstalled app and reloaded app still not working,did the same with Bluetooth on and off but no response.
Its not working, i cant seem to set the time on the watch and other settings aint showing.its showing paired but still not connected to bluetooth
sport activity tracker wont turn on after doing firmware update. app is completely frozen. wont pair to device obviously because it wont switch on!
It is still Rubbish. I download 2 apps this Do fit and Orunning and none of this apps connect to my Huawei y9 prime. If you can't fix this then stop making apps. I hate this thing. My wife have a Huawei fitness band with no problems. Willie
It doesn't want to work,the app wouldn't go further than the home screen.It doesn't want to go th settings,reminder or activity.
I got it to pair yesterday but then it disconnected and for the life of me I cannot connect my phone to the device now. Unistall/reinstall was no help. I can understand all the "1 scores" here.
I have only two issues with the app, the first issue is the heart rate chart, it seems to get all confused and the graph becomes unreadable as the graph line jumps all over the place. The second issue just started this morning, after charging my watch last night it will no longer pair, i can see the watch in my phones bluetooth settings, but the app wont find it. (It was working perfectly last night before i started charging it) I have the DoFit sports watch. Thanks.
