Excellent app with ni extra costs on it. Easy to use with good tutorials in-app to get the most out of it. In my dog's case did help to stop the loud crying thst was disturbing the neighbors. But, i did notice suddent disconnections during my whole work shift being away having battery optimization disabled for the app. I hope this issues can be fixed. Or at least notify when the the app loses it. (A full bug report has been sent explaining all with details to support team) Great job, recommend!
The video streaming is very very bad. At all times I just getting the pop up, video streaming unavailable, and the screen video just freezes. Question on the 4G, my WhatsApp call was seamlessly working, so would request you to kindly look into your networking stream and help sort this issue at the earliest, otherwise I'll like to request a refund.
great app, good quality although there is a delay with everything. still very happy and impressed. even after the "developers" response, I think the app could use some touch up. Still a great app. lower the price to 2.99 and then when you fix the bugs charge what you are charging. 5.99 for Android users
This app worked once when i first installed it. After that first time the video stopped working, but the audio still was fine. After several weeks of the audio working, the app just stopped working all together. It would just disconnect the other phone automatically. Waste of money.
Running the dog station on an old Huawei Honor 6X, camera isn't the best (not the apps fault) but it gets the job done. Only wish the low light performance was a bit better and that short video clips could save along with the sound. Otherwise very good stop gap between nothing at all and buying a dedicated pet camera. Unfortunately it seems work on this app has ceased and moved on to the subscription based Barkio. At the time of my review, the last update was in November 2020.
Can't install or get a refund! Used this app previously on an iPhone and ipad and worked fine. A few years later I am now on Samsung devices. Can install on one phone but won't download or install on the second device as it says i already own the app; yes I don, on the first device but I need it on the second too!! Tried requesting a refund and can't!! Very disappointed as was a good app a few years back when I used it
It does what it says. But the picture comes across pixelated and the video is 100% glitchy. Wish it was better quality. Love the adjustable settings for the dogs being loud. Also wish you could have 2 phone hooked up to one tablet.
I have never had lag issues due to the app- it was always my connectivitybeing a jerk. This is easy to use. It requires two devices, but let's face it, most of us have an old phone lying around that we can set up somewhere for this and just plug into a wall. Overall, I love it and it gives me peace of mind when I'm out of the house!
The app works but I was surprised to find out that there is no way for user login when you use different platforms, and as a result I had to pay twice - one for my iPad and one for my android phone. This in my option should have been one payment that gives an account access to two devices regardless of platform... Or I wish I was informed when I downloaded it that the price would be doubled if u hv two platforms
It's everything I needed but has a major inconvenience as it cannot work in background which means I cannot play my pet's favourite YouTube video meanwhile. The pet station drains way too much power so my old nexus shuts down even if charging. I wanted to use it for my parrot so it could be a good idea to customise the icon.
Pretty good app, only issue is I can't seem to watch the live video feed as it keeps coming up with error messages. I like how it records the noises made so you can go back and review them, which is handy if you have a barking dog.
I am unable to play the commands and speak to the dog via the bluetooth speakers connected to my iPad. The commands and voice feature only functions when it's coming directly out of the ipad but not when connected to speakers! this is causing issues any dog can hardly hear me.
In the end, I couldn't use it, because in my particular setting the quality of audio and video was too bad for practical use. The company was very kind and cooperative to do a refund, thank you!
Video quality is poor when transmitted, by having the app auto turn on do-not-disturb it prevents commands feom playing, and when I tried to get a refund within the 30 minutes of purchasing, google says that the app refund is not supported by its policy. I like the idea of this but will not recommend it
Great app. I move every year or two, and this lets me make sure my doggo isn't bothering the neighbors when I'm at work and the pupper is still settling into new surroundings.
