I don't recommend it. As a product, i was expecting some kind of marketplace for dog walkers, but you can't even see the name of the walker (let alone talking to them in advance or reading reviews about them). as for the ux, pretty simple and limited. address fields is buggy, onboarding requires too much detail in advance but will not do any verification other than parsing (e.g. email/phone). prices seem high. Even a WhatsApp chat has more functionality. no way to delete an account. uninstalled

Probably the most bewildering app I've ever tried to use. Spent half an hour trying to figure out how to book a walk with our regular walker who is on the app and gave up. Pro tip: use the phone instead!

Love being able to use this app to book & pay, and it is incredibly reassuring to know my dog has been collected and returned. However the live map link shows me where I am, not where my dog walker is.

Couldnt create account. When filling up address, I am aware of API failures, which is a weird UX

What kind of QA this app went through? You can't sign up, since any address you fill is not OK.

I asked the support how I could become a service provider when he replied the message would not open. Awful.

Crashes all the time

There is an issue with future orders. It takes a two hours time gap which is fine, but it selects the minutes based on the actual time you are at and not based on what you selected. Also another issue is the buttons. They are not responsive at all when creating a new order.

Great concept but keeps crashing, I need to install and uninstall every week, very annoying...

Worst app I've ever used, has no one tested it? To name a few of the issues: It keeps crashing. Didn't find my address initially and you can't change your address later. Date picker doesn't work and has weird foreign characters.

Ive been using the app for my business and I love it.

if i wanted to call a doggy sitter i would've. the concept of an app is to let me find a doggy sitter without phone calls. so why call me? totally unnecessary.

Just need to improve the UX in part of the screens and fix some bugs. In generally, I like this app and I like my dogwalker, she's super!

A lot of communication was needed before this came along. Not only this service replaces it, it makes it better and brings features I couldn't do before. App is not perfect yet, but keep up the good work!!!
