I wish I can post photos here. My heeler enjoys all shows ok DOGTV. He's always so focus and it gives us peace while we are having dinners. I highly recommend this app 😁 Also, I appreciate the fact I can cast the shows to my TVs. It is super convenient 😀

Don't get a yearly subscription, they canceled mine after 1 month cause my credit card expired. Makes no sense cause the year was paid upfront but they claim they have to check monthly if the card on file still works. They refuse to refund the year paid after 1 month. I'm filing a charge back

Great when it works. I got this service a while back and my dog seemed to love it. I definitely noticed an improved mood within the first few days of using it. However, If I leave it on on my computer while I'm away for more than 1h it freezes and shuts off. Not to mention the app won't let me log in unless I create a new account (thus paying twice). When I reach out to customer service they give me a free month and no long term fix.

Updating as you responded in a manipulative fashion. Obvi the money breaks down. the point I was making was that you cannot access app w/out pay and that's not how it's advertised. app is not accessible w/out payment. Further, the free "best of" video wouldn't even load. I'm certainly not going to pay for something I can't even try first. If this idea fails, its not for lack of interest, but rather, it seems, from a poorly set up app and a classist set up.

This app has a whole lot of potential but it falls short. It is almost impossible to login again after you log out and there is no designated login section. It will always try to get you to set up a free trial. The google casting works great and otherwise, my dog seems to love it but I feel there could be a better layout. Overall user experience has been difficult.

UPDATE 1/6/2020: App is updated, but now I can't log in. I've entered the right credentials, but the app just refreshes and doesn't show the video. Love the service, but the Android app is really not a good user experience at all. I'm switching to using the mobile browser. This app does not work. I tried casting to a Chromecast device but the stream never starts. I just converted from the free trial to the paid version, so it's pretty disappointing that it's not working correctly anymore.

This app is is frustrating but one of my dogs loves it. This makes it even more frustrating. Customer support is absolutely terrible and like others, I lost the ability to cast from the app itself. Casting my screen was their recommendation but isn't really an acceptable option since I can't use my phone for anything else without interrupting the dogtv stream. The ENTIRE reason I bought a Chromecast ultra was because my firestick was timing out and having issues with dogtv...and here we are.

Works good on my Android streaming device. My dog loves it. Should of thought of this years ago. Full HD, however some of the segments don't seem it. The live stream did not work on the first try. I had to re boot my device and the stream has worked fine since then.

App is not functional. Trying to chromecast it but so far only the live TV function will cast and the live TV is not very good - 5 minutes of watching an animated flashlight or a bee make trails on the screen. The other content looks engaging for the dog but it won't cast to my screen and just crashes the screen.

The service isn't as bad as the app itself, the content seems pretty chill and my dog seems to like it. But the technical side of this service is a complete shitshow. The app never managed to play anything, I only got to their content using the stream on their website, but that's not very reliable either. I think I also got charged twice for their service in a month. Overall, a service I would use, but only if they fix their technical problems.

Horrible. DO NOT BOTHER! I've tried contacting them about cancelling my free trial, as their website is not phone compatible, and apparently neither is their app. No response to my email. I plan on even cancelling my card if I have to. App freezes and I can't even use the free trial to view content. Steer clear!!!

Worst app EVER!!!! At least with most fake apps tgey are free THIS APP HOWEVER makes you think its free with a free download but when you open it you have to pay a ridculise qmount it then says brows content so you think you can get something for free or ATLEAST a free trile to see if it works but NO it makes you pay again do not bother with this app

How is a free trial free when you are saying that you are putting a $1 hold and also we allow you to charge the $9.99 starting today as well? I bet you make it hard AF to cancel and get a refund if people decide they don't like the service after your "free" trial. As soon as I saw that shadiness, immediately no. I didn't even continue and definitely didn't download your app. These companies need to do better and stop trying to scam their customers.

Horrible app. Signed up for the trial, app froze after collecting my email info. Tried clearing cache and relaunch the app, logged in said invalid credentials but when I go onto google play, the subscription is active under my email acc. Tried logging into fire stick, fail as well, tried their actual website, couldn't log in. Get this UI fixed before launching all your ads please. Yes I have emailed, sad that I get a reply faster on here than the support email team. Smh

I am updating my review today and deleting a star since this app is worthless for me. This morn the app would only cast through my Chromecast for about 2 mins each time I started live streaming then stops. I tried restarting it many times. I tried streaming to a different tv. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app. No luck. I finally gave up since I had to leave for work. This is the second issue I've had in the 3 months I've been subscribed. Please get this fixed. My dog does not want me to cancel.

Very Fun also entertaining app/streaming channels for you and your best friend. Does offer a 7 day free trial period before purchasing with very few to none ads on some channels. Has some issues with a few different channels(won't play or stops at certain points) but other than that it's exactly what it says it is in app description.👍

Evidently you dont know what relaxes dogs. My dog is stressed by water and what I am sitting here watching is an ocean scene with waves. My dog is far more relaxed watching dogs play. Get with it dog tv... you failed on this point.

As a human I think that it's a great app, but I wish you could not have to subscribe to watch the videos.

This app is devious. 1st a "free trial" you are charged a dollar which is hidden in the terms and conditions. Its not the money its only a dollar but it just felt wrong, but I didnt read it thoroughly so thats on me. Then when I went to cancel I had a terrible time locating it on my google play account. And its impossible to cancel a subscription that you cannot find on your subscriptions. I only use one account However I found it under the subscriptions of an account I never use. Zero stars.

Interesting Idea, but ultimately poorly executed and poorly supported. Feels like a one man operation run in someone's basement. When the apps is broken for 3 days and no one gets back to you and you have follow up or you get the comcast support treatment "can you reboot/reinstall?" well, that's not worth the price of a monthly netflix subscription for a single non-working channel.

I tried it, but it wasn't exactly what I expected. The ads I kept getting suggest that there would be videos of flowers, dogs, and other animals that were colored specially for dogs, but all I could find were night skys with some music or a lady in normal human colors (not set for dogs) talking about dog shelters. I may have been using it wrong, but it was confusing. Two stars.

Definitely was not going to pay for it. From the few minutes I watched on the free videos it basic soothing sounds you can find on YouTube for free which basic scenery shown. Definitely not paying for something i can find in many places for free.

MY DOG LOVES THIS. I will preface by saying she was already intrigued by the TV and this just blew her over into complete infatuation. She definitely knows when it's my show versus her shows haha. She knows the word 'tv' and I wasn't even speaking to her when I asked Google to 'turn on the tv' and my dog got excited! She prefers when dogs, animals, etc. are in the videos and I personally like all the sounds since she is typically reactive. It helps do some desensitization training for her.

Disappointed. I signed up for a trial fully anticipating subscribing, but i couldn't find the app for my Fire TV, despite it showing on the website as a compatible device, and it just spins forever when I try to use my Chromecast to stream a show.

No way to see subscription. No way to cancel. Tried the app AND the website. Plus when you have a free trial for a couple months they still do a pending amount monthly. To much hassle and not use friendly

So for the 60+ scientific papers and all the ads they have, this does nothing, and there is barely any on-demand content. In fact, it seems at least half of the on-demand content is actually directed toward pet owners, like crappy shows that couldn't make it on Animal Planet. The main service seems to be a stream, and a few relaxation and stimulation videos. These are all garbage. Once in a while there's a noise or image that may excite your dog but it's literally no better than Animal Planet.

It's a nice thought but it doesn't work well and everything of importance is locked. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing app that could be good if more thought and less need for a sign up was put into it. I do not reccomend this app.

There is nowhere in the app that states how much it is before logging in. I got that the content wasn't free. Ok. But how much is it? What's the pricing plan? Is it per month? Is it per vid? I shouldn't need to give you my email just to get a pricing plan! Edit..... kinda besides the point. Telling me NOW in this section doesn't give me that information up front or give that information to other prospective customers up front.

Rewind is not working. So all the episodes play from the middle of the show

The app was very misleading, not very good. My dog didn't respond to any of it and shes a young pup. Not worth the money for one tiny video of ducks and a little girl playing with a puppy. A huge let down. I can find all of this on YouTube for free. This needs alot more work and content, maybe even a search bar. But seriously there's almost nothing to the app and I paid for the full effect. Clearly for humans and not dogs. Not angry, just disappointed.
