it's not working, the registration process itself is not working properly(

Horrible experience. The app crashes all the time. The OTP process (especially when im waiting on email) is so slow that while I wait, the app logs me out and i lose all my progress. It needs permissions to way too many things on my phone. Worth considering another bank just because of the app experience.
Very poor, couldn't open Mobile app through login password. While entering password it's not completing and half of the password keyboard not allowing to complete it. How can I enter my full password and how can I use it if not allowing me to enter full password??? I am going to give poor performance star for this App.
Customer service is very bad, my account in city center branch, I have very bad experience there.
Recently application started to show an error message , an error occurred try after some time. It's really annoying but it's possible to access through website at the same time. App developer need to address this issue soon
From past 1 month I couldn't login into my account it keeps pops out error message or sometimes it keeps loading. I uninstall and install app many times but still I couldn't login. There are many peoples complaining about this app doha bank IT team should look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
PLEASE ENHANCE the App. It's okay but not so modern type and fast. It's like an app created years ago from year 2010. To the developers please MAKE SOME INITIATIVES to level up the features so we can use it with comfort and satisfaction. In this Competitive, High Technological Modern generation.. ..I think, nothing is impossible in doing huge updates with the greatest app developers. Please do something about it. I guarantee you it will be a gigantic help to your Company and valued customers.❣
Not a good app at all. Can't see transactions properly always gets a notification to upload documents which many times I've done already. App opens and closes automatically. Poor app

Doha Bank app is terrible, the services are terrible. I cannot access the app because the OTP code is not sending (I received it after 1 day) Tried contacting the call center in 1 day 5 times and they where not able to help with a solution or fixing it even after days. The services are not built around the client's needs. No one is calling you to inform you if your cheques are ready for collection, or if they are no longer available in the same branch. Nothing works properly. Jobs done lame
What is this?????? Can't process your request at this time,please try after sometime.. How many days now. I can't open this app. Cant do transaction. D-cardless pay also not working even from your website. Each time when I call customer care, they said they are trying to fix. Why don't you fix this..
Dear DB, I am facing issue with my DB android app, as fiest time it login without any issue, but after that it keeps Loading & i need to re-install the app to work. I keep calling comment on playstore they told me to contact by whatsapp, when i contact by whatsapp they told me to call when i call they told me to write emails. This is very very bad customer service i ever had in my life... Now this is the last email, if issue not resolved, i will close my account with DB,.
The application works properly and I have been using this up since last year,it's just that you have to update to newer version. I read the comments below which are not correct and it made me very upset,as it's super easy to transfer money or any other services you need, it's not nice to leave such comments as the app works properly,and it's actually the best Bank between all Banks in Doha. They have great services as well and their customer service is amazing.
Its good , easy to use But too much slow when loggin , some times i have to stop it and login again
after signing in, it will sign out immediately with a mesaage "your session has expired" .. reinstalled the app, removed biometric, restarted phone etc. still no use ! many times contacted the email mentioned.. NO SUPPORT AND THEY DONT CARE !!
Camera log in not working wasting time every time to log in
I am a user of Doha Bank for more than a year and facing various issues ever since. To add it up, today my card got blocked without any reason. I visited home branch and was advised to contact the customer care (how ridiculous). When I called the customer care, they informed me that the card is blocked due to security reasons and even without prior notice. They said, they called me on specific date which I could not find in my log.This made me in an embarrassing situation in front of my client
Very bad experience from few days I am not able to login into the account. I tried uninstalling and then again installing. Still it is not getting opened continuously it is showing please wait and loading
same message every time ( internal error no data found) 😠 ...really its been one year trying to login to this application this is the worst app, my sister is easily using other app for her bank and i call the customer service 5 time's they have no idea.

Exchange rate is very low and transaction charge is very high. also it takes one day to transfer. Very bad experience
It is very nice app, user friendly interface, never stuck at any stage, best part is zero ads. I like it.
The application not working and reinstalled several times but still not working. Visited DB in Dar Al Salam Mall and they did not help me. Contacted CS they said they will check. After this experience I have decided to transfer my account and family and friends to another Bank.
App is asking me to switch off the vpn. I don't have VPN installed. Please help me. Uninstalled APP AND RESTARTED Many times.......
