Horrible App and Poor Google Assistant capability. App doesn't properly display whether a device is online or not. When a group lights into a room and turn the group on, sometimes it works, sometime it doesn't. When I tell google to turn a light on/off, it takes about 5 seconds, and then google says that it can't connect to the device.
Bulbs are bright and colorful, but Google Assistant integration is quite poor. Often says it can't connect to device, but sometimes turns on at a low lighting level after a delay of a few seconds. More likely to work in Google Home manually instead of voice command. Improve Google integration and rating will improve!!
Almost everyday it needs to be set up again when you use it within an Alexa enabled setup. There seems to be some integration problem... You have to reset each plug smart plug one by one or Reset your main router. These are the only devices which cause me problems...
The app is a never-ending pool of bugs. It basically gives a network error everytime, you have to refresh it for like 5 times in a row in order for it to display the bulbs correctly, and the bulbs just loose connection all the time, don't respond to Google Assistant commands and you have to constantly reset the bulbs and reconnect them. In general they are just super expensive LED bulbs with a bad app and some shady, badly implemented API.
Can't update the app. When it tries to install the update it fails. The app should give updates through Google play instead ! Also it has a hard time working with Google assistant. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't..... Usually it doesn't.
Something is buggy on service integration, Dimming is inconstant (sometimes work, sometimes not), once I asked Google to turn light on and it turned on orange, despite the last color being full white. Dunno, maybe firmware, maybe API
After several updates, the timer does not work, meaning you cannot program lights to come on at a certain time. The documentation is nebulous. It also likes a Sunrise feature like other bulbs in this category. Tis a shame, the bulbl works great.
Barely works, doesn't save colors, and has awful Google Assistant integration. Google Assistant never recognizes this device so I have to go into this awful app to turn on and off my light every time.
I got it! I never got a confirmation email so I selected reset password. Sure enough there was a password reset email in my junk/spam folder. I reset the password and got connected. After that, everything worked as advertised
Love it! I just use it with the app, and it has easy set up, grouping and renaming of outlets :)
i have a question the app works just fine but when i try to link my account to the Google home app it says that my password is incorrect. what can i do about this.

3 out of 4 plus won't work. App is poor english and difficult to use.
Don't give up keep improvements even cant matching 75% of the color... especially trying to find the warm incandescent color...

Ok Ok..need Renaming functionality
The app works well, the times for the wake up lights are a bit funky at times but overall not too bad. The main reason its 3 stars is because of the lack of features when it comes to led light options. You can pick the color but theres no option to constantly fade from one color to the next around the spectrum. If you see this please add that to the app! I would probably buy more of your lights too instead of switching to another brand with this in their app!
