I paid for PRO version and there is still an error in the app (but I was charged for it), and no answer from support. Actually I even couldn't find any form to send my question as well as contact support email, so I had to use a forum on the web version. I want to use it, but I can't stand such a sick approach to resolve users issues
Long story short: it's the best GTD app over here, even with its glithes. Both app and web version (very important for me) work great, glitches are tolerable, and feature set is unique. It's an app that is tailored to fit GTD model (unlike 99% of other organizing apps including todoist and any.do, which are openly hostile to an GTD model. They usually don't even have a proper "Next" / "Someday". Pathetic!). This app supports everything that's needed for a GTD - inbox/next/scheduled/someday/waiting. Usability is great; everyday tasks can be done efficiently. One great feature is widgets - you can set a button on a main screet to access, say, particular project, or tasks with a particular context (say "Outdoor" - handy on a run!). Yes, it were not updated for ages. Yes, support might be not very responsive (though I paid via paypal and managed to avoid contacting it; so I don't complain here). But if you need an app with full GTD support and a proper web version, it's still the best choice.
The app itself is very useful, but there are bugs all the time, disappearing tasks, synchronization mistakes, timezone setting problems etc. The last update was almost 3 years ago. Maybe it's time to fix it?!
Hi. I had a problem with your app. I had Pro version since April 19. but I still cannot use it as it showen some errors. I cannot find any info how to contact you. would love a quick help as need this app and used to love it!
How easy is it to find a suitable GTD app? Then to put total faith to enter all the Goals, Projects, Tasks and thousands of precious seconds, or a few days? Perhaps based on a satisfactory memory of one & a half years back. Only to find the tasks are not showing properly and the app is now not maintained! They are not even responding to the support requests made on their Feedbacks page. How does it feel to copy back all the data to another app within a week's purchase? Does the developer know the time lost, energy wasted is much more than the money paid?
Basically its with good features,but its not connected with Google Calendar and asI have red from others ,it looks like I have no hope to get support and my money back. I have bought subscription to for a year and now whant it back. As app doesn't work as promised!
I paid for the pro app. Money was taken from my account but the pro features have not been enabled. I emailed the developer but no response. Poor service is an understatement! Save you money and go elsewhere
My android version is 7.0. On my device, sync is not working properly. Have you ever tested the app on android 7.0? Without sync, there's no reason to use this app.
I liked their service a lot and wanted yo give a good review. However, the app doesn't launch on my Pixel 2 with the latest OS at this moment. I hope they'll work on it to solve soon.
App is good, but a support isn't. If you meet troubles (for example with incorrect charges), no one will help you. I wrote two times and was waiting the first answer for 3 weeks. Now I have been waiting the second answer for more then month.
Paid for the year and started using it. Love the concept as it's Nirvana HQ on steroids but it is very buggy and crashes a lot. I sadly have now stopped using this despite I paid for the year.
Payment was made on December 7th for the Pro services. Payment was withdrawn from my account but I do not have access to the services paid for on that date. It has been 20 days since I've been locked out and 10 days since I've reported the problem. How long does it take to unlock an account? Why is there no action on this? How long am I supposed to wait until I even get an acknowledgement to this problem? Ticket# 9477
Developers dissappeared in early 2018. App no longer supported. No longer functions properly. Google should remove from Google Play.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is now a scam. They took my $21 and never upgraded the account. Real shame, as I have been using this app for four years. Back in its day it was one of the best GTD apps on the market.
Still use this and love it but the support is clearly waning, even for paid customers. I can't open it on my iPad and no answer from them.
I have paid and used the app for several years. But the developers abandoned it, just read it's forums. I have moved to todoist.
Recently this app become useless, all scheduled and repeating tasks are not working. Support doesn't respond.
I paid for pro and didn't get it. They took the money and didn't upgrade me. I wish I'd read more comments first!

DO NOT!!! Subscribe for the Pro. They take your money, but will not process your subcription.
Can no longer email tasks to Doit.im with Pro account. Hard drives may be full up. Last international maintenance announcement was 01/01/2018. It was an excellent GTD app, sortable next actions and subtasks, integrate evernote, email, and gcal, widgets to make it front and center. Native desktop apps and review. Very competitive yearly cost for extras. But seems the development has not been very active with it anymore. 😣
