Dollar Shave Club

The app has a lot to be desired. The mobile web page is that much worse. It is not intuitive. I want to order product and have it shipped to me when I check out, kind of like EVERY OTHER WEBSITE THAT SELLS PRODUCTS! This app wants me to add it to my next box every time. If I could just find something similar to the shave butter somewhere else I'd be done. Their blades are horrible when compared to Gillette. Yup, much cheaper but junk.

This app has never let me down! You can change your shipment date and frequency as many times as you want and to whenever. Also, you don't even need the subscription to purchase products from them. Good blades, very affordable. Good app, great company. I was having an issue where it wasn't letting me place an order and they were very prompt to respond and help me solve the issue. There was actually no issue, though. I didn't update my card information :/ hehe

Hey, nice to have total control when you know you're walking into a buisness whose main goal is to get you hooked for as long as they can. Having an app where I can control every parameter of our buisness agreement at the tips of my fingers, 24/7, is amazing!! And, honestly, it makes me that much more willing and comfortable to continue my buisness with them, for sure! This is an amazing buisness model, with a professional, easy and fun app. Cheers!

The app is great. I've tried multiple products over the years, and have had a subscription for several years now. Overall I do like their products. However, the razor handles seem to stick in one position, or the blade comes off, then they break. I've bought some and DSC replaced one. Kudos for that, but now I have a stack of razors and no handle once again. I received my shipment today and can't use them. Just disappointed in the quality of the handles.

Saa-weeet!! Love 'em. The app is superb, makes ordering and updating regular shipments easy breezy. Most of the products are top notch and they are a great company as far as customer support and dealing with any issues. And my wife loves all the shave gear, she's part of the regular deliveries with the 3 stage shave kits. I'm on board. I like the variability in shipments and customization of the boxes. Check them out, it's a win.

I have to applaud the design and development team that worked on this app. The user experience is super delightful in adjusting anything with the subscription. I think it really says something when they don't shove all account details in some settings page. The app has been designed beautifully to allow me to very easily adjust frequency, contents etc. Seriously i am delighted.

Too difficult to just add one item to the next box. If you click add before it ships, the app creates an entirely separate shipment for which they charge shipping. This difficulty alone cost them current and future sales from me. Their way of getting more money. Although the razors are of quality, I'll be taking my business elsewhere based on principal. Thank you DSC for helping push me to making the decision.

It just doesn't get any easier. Very nice to browse, but can find items easily. Just getting impatient to because the 200 series of cologne samplers is still out of stock, but that's my problem. Highly recommend the products. I just got my sample box. Love the shave butter, facial cleanser, body cleanser, razor and blades. I already like the tooth brush and paste I already use and want to try the deodorant sooner or later when I finish the Mitchum. The shampoo is good, not sure want to change.

The app is easy to use and make changes whenever I need to. Their customer service is excellent and the products have won me as a customer for life. My only suggestion is to setup alerts for when the out-of-stock items suddenly become available, or to be setup on a waitlist of some sort so it can automatically be ordered as soon as it's available again.

One the best user friendly app I've ever cone across. Top-notch high quality and long-lasting products the best. Oh and another thing customer service is top-notch absolutely the number one I've ever, I've ever come across bar none. I had a problem with one of my bills and they fixed it with no problems and actually added a credit. I would recommend not only the app but the company to anyone looking for top-notch quality barber supplies.

These are some of THE best personal products for men, period. For me, the shaving products are the ones I order the most. The combination of their Shave Butter and their 4-blade razors cannot be bettered; they make for the best possible shave experience that is way better than any other products I have ever used, and I've been around a while. Their customer service is also outstanding. They actually will do whatever it takes to make sure you're a happy customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was skeptical at first, because of the low pricing, I figured the quilty of goods would be poor. After a few months now, DSC has more than won me over! DSC has a large selection of quility products at a more than fair price. Most if not all of my shave/shower/hair/body products are now DSC. The shipping is fast and items are packed well. The monthly sub is highly customizable, I add and subtract products as needed and works well for my busy life. The app is easy and stright forward to use.

Garbage app. Refuses to open at all. "An error has occurred" pops up if I'm trying to log in or even enter as a guest. I get a little further as a guest but as soon as I remove the starter set, you guessed it. "An error has occurred" comes up and crashes the app again. App is pure garbage at this point, don't waste your time....

So I previously had an incident with the app, and it was my first time experience. Let's just leave it at, "It wasn't good..." Much to my surprise I received an email from them, and had some exceptional customer service to fix my issue. Honestly deleted my 2 stars, just to put a 5 star because of the fix of my experience with the app. By far, still love Dollar Shave Club!

Not so easy to navigate, and constantly doesnt work. Generally speaking i have trouble when adding stuff to my monthly subscription. And they also started charging an extra $0.91 for what ive been getting for a flat rate for the past 2 years. When i emailed them about it, i never got a response back.

For months, I've been getting an error message when trying to log in. When I manage to log in, the screen stays blank and gives me another error message. I thought another user's complaint of this would lead to a fix of the issue, but clearly I was mistaken. I have tried using all login options, but they're all the same.

I was very disappoined with the razor product. Unfortunately I feel it gives a very uneven shave and you have to go back over the area at least two times before the face is smooth for men or the legs or smooth for women. it was the first time we had ordered it because I saw a commercial and thought it might be nice to try it out but unfortunately I will not be reordering. The handles are very thin cheap plastic and when I went to open my razor be brazzer top snapped off the handle & unusable.

Easy to use. Everything is right there. Superyachts easy to change your order add or remove an item, change the frequency of delivery and even change the date of delivery the app is very useful and helpful and faster than opening the browser and then opening the page click the spot your already logged in boom that easy. Highly recommend if you like to add or products to try one time and if you like them you can add some more for next month with literally 2 clicks its perfect

Great products! I use the 4X razors, the Shave Butter, and the Lathering Shower Cloth. The razors last a long time and give me an amazing shave! The Butter is soft and easy on my skin! The Shower Cloth is better than a normal loofah! I love the app! It's intuitive and easy to use! I appreciate the email notifications about upcoming shipment warnings so I know to change anything before it ships. Highly recommended! I would give more stars if I could!

The app is very nice but it falls short of the functionality of the web version. Some bundles which appear on the web version do not appear on the app. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Hopefully this is just a bug and not a ploy to make people miss out on deals. To clarify, some bundles do show up, but others do not.

I struggled for years to shave with a blade so I switched to an electric razor. It was ok for awhile but as I got older, my shave became less and less smooth. I finally decided to check out Dollar Shave Club. DSC is FANtastic ! My shaves are clean and smooth plus it is an effortless shave. They make keeping shaving supplies so easy and I cannot give them enough stars. I should have done this a long time ago. I highly recommend DSC ! They are a godsend !

Best customer service and products! I messaged customer service to purchase a new handle since mine broke, and are going to replace it at no cost! The price is unbeatable and the quality of the razors is great. I have more blades than I can possibly use at the moment so I decided to get shipments every 3 months. I love the little reader that comes in the shipments as well. Excellent products!

I have been using Dollar Shave Club for some time. The service is excellent and something to read comes in your box. The blades eliminate nicking which I got from other razors. Have used Wanderer body wash and facial scrub without any problems. the app is easy to use and allows you to see all the products they have to offer and to keep you updated.

I've been using DSC for a year now. Their razors are superior to any other razors I, personally have tried, and you can't beat the price! The handles are actually metal. They are heavy and sturdy... believe me. I should know as I've dropped them several times. I've had the same handle for this whole time. I only have to replace the handle now, bc I lost it during my move. They also have very flexible plans. You can get new cartridges at different intervals. ( 1x a month, every other month, etc..

DSC is still the Best by Far! Regardless of their lack of hair product, their razors are great! The old Executive used to mess me up after like 2 years of using it flawlessly. So I was getting ready to cancel and do something else for my shave needs until they released the new handles and blades. Since then it's been easy shaving. Just note, the blue blades are better than the Orange. The Orange still kind of scrape my face, the blue ones are smooth for several shaves. They stepped it up.
