I find this app helpful for reseller but I think theres some changes that need the developers attention. First , theres no option where we can contact the seller. Second, other items has no product description. How can we resell the items if we will just based on the picture. Lastly, the shipping fee is quite expensive if you will order just one item. Hope you can find a way to make it lower and lessen the delivery time.

This app is very helpful when it comes to business but i would suggest that there should be atleast chat box between the reseller and the supplier so that the reseller could ask if the item is available specially if it has a lot of choices or designs . How will the reseller know if the design of the item is available. Yes we have the return and exchange policy but sometimes that is very inconvenient. Just a thought .

It was really great at first because it was easy really easy sharing the items. as a reseller, I would expect a 1 week duration of delivery of the product but the delivery time is way too long. My buyers are expecting their products already. And I was disappointed because only ONE product arrived in a span of 10 days. I know my location is quite far but I'M MUCH WILLING to pay higher price for the shipping fee. I hope you'll reach out this concern. Thanks

Yes it is very helpful for reseller and supplier like us. But i hope it can copy paste the details or specification so that its easily to post. And pls add search button so that its easily to look for the items. And still need to share on fb first before anything else,???! What a waste of time and very inconvinient on my part. I've already log in to my fb account but when I try to order and received the items, there are three items that they forgot to put in my order; the hair clip, the sea pearl gold belt, and the power bank. Still, the amount of the total items are just the same. Yes, I received a gift but it cannot paid off the cost of the three items I just paid. It's just a big disappointment because it's my first time to be a seller through online. 🙁

The app is okay but the waiting for the arrival of the items is too looooong. Customers are rushing their orders and I cannot even tell the exact date the orders will arrive. So frustrating. Tracking the item is useless. I ordered something on nov. 7 but until today nothing has arrived. If I could rate the courier it would be negative.

The platform were quite good. There are some items that I shared on the Facebook. But there's some item that I couldn't find anymore whenever I have order and try to place in the CART. It's quite really confusing. I have ordered 2 sets of items but the shipping days took quite long time to process. Till now the other set still on TO SHIP area.

Just joined today but I already got my Reseller Badge. But i noticed that you have few items to choose..No option to contact the Seller, what i hate most is,, resellers should shoulder return shipping fee once the item that has been shipped is incorrect. Its a big hassle, instead of earning ..you will still be paying shipping cost of return. Plus it will be a bad experience to your customers if you cannot deliver the items on time. Lastly. The shipping time is 7 to 15 days.

So far so good...but last night I ordered and was about to check out but it keep saying that the 'your order has expired' or something. Then i tried again today and was waiting for the verification code but it didn't came instead it was received immediately but when i look at my items...the last night products that i ordered was also received...so now i have to pay for the two orders...? Yes the are very fast when it comes to ordered products because they just want to earn for themselves but not their resellers; even if u did not ordered the thing, they put in your cart.Second experienced: 2 power bank not useable,my lost income again and profit.I also returned an item which is not my order and the refund is still not processing almost more than a month I've been complaining and they did not prioritize to solve the problem.

At first it was very good. Because I received what I ordered.. but then I ordered again and then my order hasn't shipped yet. It's almost 2 weeks and it hasn't been shipped.. there's no cancellation button. I'm always expecting my order to be shipped and ready to receive but nothing happens. Please do look at the small things that don't work. Thankyou I hope I can cancel my order since it's almost 2 week.

It is very usefuL and quite to earn more because it is cheaper than the other supplier.. BUT, it is very annoying that some price of the items does not match when you hit the ADD TO CART button . For example,the posted price of the watch is ₱42 but when i hit the ADD TO CART button the price pf the watch is ₱131 and the said ₱42 is the price of the box only.. Just Be honest about the price you post.

Most of the products in Dollarhoo are on Shopee and it's much more cheaper compared to Dollarhoo's pricing. I don't know if we, as sellers, can make a good enough margin. It's a bit disappointing because you'd think it's a wholesale price but in reality it's not.

Delivery is quite long for a reseller. Reselling will be for meet-ups only. Kindly provide Item numbers for the products as well so resellers can easily find items if orders are made. Hopefully, there will be an option for Visa Payments so we can just dropship items to our customers. Thanks!

It takes too long to receive the item. They did not even give us contact number or a contact person for us to know the status of our orders. As a reseller, it is inconvenience. I also have customers too and they keep on asking me regarding the status of their orders and I have nothing to say but wait. I do not know if I am going to order again. Bad experience.

My first experience using this app is very disappointing. My first delivery took too long to arrive. My second delivery was arrived quickly but one item is missing, another dissappointment. I suggest that you inform us the exact date of deliver. No matter how long atleast we know when it will arrive. As for me, I'am a worker, I'm not always at home. The customer service is very slow to respond to my concern about the missing item. I even emailed you but no reply.

Update today. Added another Star to the rating. as i go deeper into learning to be a reseller i find countless items in numerous categories to sell, and lots of Rewards given if you do the work even when sales are not yet starting... That is encouragement to keep pushing ahead! Right now my only complaint is the app needs to be tuned be more streamlined. My complaint is time wasted item is not available yet still listed. Irritating to set it all up to share then find out it's not available!!

I'm highly recommended this specially when your obsessed with social media. You just going to share it with others and earn so fast. In my area the only problem is when I order a lot of products the shipping fee getting bigger and the delivery time take to long. I wish they can make it fast as much as possible. Why would it need to be shared? Can't we just copy the picture and post it? It will be more helpful to us resellers. Because when we share your items, our customers will find out where we are buying our items. so our customers might order directly to you.. so what is the essence of resellers?? You're looking for a resellers right? Not a customer.

I think "unlocking step" isn't a good idea. Why would someone share it if they could just easily go to other app and shop without sharing anything on their facebook. In my opinion, it's really annoying that everything you see is limited only until you share this app on your wall.

I strongly not recommend this app. They are just after with promoting the app. I waited for my orders for 12 days but until now I haven't received them. When I asked them if I could cancel my order, the staff simply asked me to confirm my cancellation. No explanation about the delay not even apologizing. This can't be your partner in doing online business. It's our first time to try online business but we feel very disappointed.

We bought five items from a certain seller, however, only two of those items arrived. What's worse is that the delivery boy demanded that we pay for those five items, since the payment will be credited to him if we pay insufficiently. I understand the delivery boy's sentiment, but I am truly disappointed in Dollarhoo. Someone crossed the payment in our package and put the amount for the two items instead! Is that how you deliberately address wrong packages? I want my ~500php refund.

I already received my first order and it's not the same on the picture posted on the app. Better to show the real picture of every items. How would I sell that to my customers. Just be real, ok! And I suggest that it would be better to have line for new items that being posted.
