Slow to load past the first screen. Many of the screens in this app do not have a back arrow and using the back button in Android closes the app, which makes you wait again. Horrible programming.

I can't see any wait times, and I can't find a guide to tell you how to get to them to see if I'm doing something wrong. It seems simple and basic though. The only reason I downloaded it was for the wait times, and it's not working. Outside of that, if you've ever been to Dollywood before, I don't think the app is very useful. If you've never been, it's probably helpful.

I downloaded the app and linked all my passes, but for some reason cannot access my passes through the app. This is super annoying seeing as it says to link your pass so you can access it through the app. Will have to stick with using the cards. Please fix this or tell me if I'm missing something.

There isn't any ride wait times. This is very important as you try to navigate the park. The app is just okay but excellent if you want to buy tickets and passes.

The app was good for getting around. However, the show times were all wrong. The paper printed map in the park had the correct show times. You would think the app could be updated more easily than the printed map. Also, the wait times for the rides did not match what was displayed in the park. I can understand not getting the wait times updated in real time, but that is a touted feature of using the app.

Over all was good. Would like to have a filter option on the map for "my list" for that day to make navigating the park even easier. Ride time and closure info was good however a canceled show was not properly updated. Walked all the way to a show that was canceled.

Better off with a paper map. There are nice descriptions of the shows that are upcoming and there's a map PIN to show you how to get there but it doesn't work. I think having a PDF would have been a lot easier to use on the phone.

App continually crashes even when it's not running, to the point I uninstalled the app so I wouldn't have to see the message every 10 minutes. It was pretty handy in the park, though a bit slow.

Update yesterday broke the app. It will only stay open 15 seconds. Even if I'm not using it, I get constant pop-ups that the app has stopped running. Please fix this. I'm going to the park for my first time tomorrow and planned to rely heavily on the app for show times and age appropriate rides, etc.

The maps are no help. The app is there just to sell the resort in the off season. There's no usable information to plan for the upcoming season. I wanted to find th special events to plan for out of town visitors. No idea for any of the dates or even any of the festivals except the newest one again without dates. Very little information and not user friendly in the least

Good app, although it doesn't show any of the wait times on the rides. It also randomly logs me out if I haven't opened up the app in a while and it can take a really long time to get past the loading screen when opening the app on a poor connection.

Cannot create an account. Always says invalid password. I try to buy tickets, and it won't let me type in the correct expiration date for my card. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the same problems happens again. From previous reviews this has been going on for a long time so I don't expect this to get fixed..

This app helped us immensely during our time at the park. Letting us know the wait times at each ride saved us so much time & we were able to enjoy more rides! The map definitely makes the walk look longer than it really is.. tip: zoom in! Thanks for creating this!

App is crashing and constantly shows stop error messages even when app is closed. Only way to get error messages to stop is force closing app. Deleting all app data and cache made it work for a while, but error messages still came back and app started crashing again.

Mostly great. Missing a critical feature though. Shows should link to the location for that show on the map. They don't on my Pixel 3 XL.

You still haven't fixed it, so I uninstalled. 11/15/19 App has been crashing for weeks now. After closed, error keeps popping up. In order to continue using my phone, I have to go into phone settings and force stop. Please fix before my next visit 😢

Downloaded the app several times and it would not open.

This app keeps giving me error messages at random times even though I haven't opened it. Looking at facebook...bam Dollywood error. Checking email...bam Dollywood error. Typing a text message...you get the idea. I'm about to delete it completely. Samsung S7

Map feature does not show anything but points of interest and outlines of roads. No buildings, paths or other items show up. Jankey!

Helped us to not miss any fun/ride. A must need app for dollywood. Map can be improved in guiding direction but it help us to know how much distance away for an intended ride while we lost our way..Thank you for this wonderful application.

Loved 😍 loved loved it. The kids and I had a blast. Definitely was able to bond and smile . The employees gave me the time of my life. Especially the old man with the butterfly 🦋 on his 👒. I loved his spirit. We will definitely go back one day soon. I also met a few nice ladies that worked in the call center they was very warming and welcoming to my kids and I. Family 👪 oriented with Love. 😊 Thanks and the virtual Map was exact and helpful.

Inaccurate info, we walked to the restaurant we wanted based on the map and it didn't tell us it was closed, map is also very confusing, please make it more user friendly and please please please put in accurate info.

Keeps saying to connect to wifi or data and I am obviously bc I am writing this review. App is not working! So very disappointed. Will update once it works again.

Ride time waits and closures are not updated timely on the app. In park screens and app report two different things frequently.

Recently started crashing every couple of minutes. Ride wait times used to be useful but went away. Useless junk as it stands now.

I went to the Dollywood app yesterday to look up performance times and places. Since then, I have a constant Dollywood app popup saying my Dollywood app keeps closing. It's not open!!! So aggravating!!!

this app is great for looking up park hours, shows, places to eat around the park as well as rides. and a locator map to find everything! ❤ it

Would be better without the 15 second intro screen you cannot bypass and have to see every single time you open the app.

Very helpful interactive map that shows your position and gives gps directions to rides, but shows the shops and such, so you can navigate that much easier.
