This could be a good app if the images and listings actually loaded quickly or loaded at all. 2007 called and wanted their app back. It's a frustrating experience to say the least.

Love most of the app - It's pretty frustrating when you open the app and it just loads. Your short-list/ map function can't be properly viewed. Tried closing and reopening / WiFi and 3g with not much luck but happens quite often. There has been twice my short-list properties have come back even though I have unselected them.

Units are coming up under the house filter which is misleading. Retirement properties should have their own filter. Auctions should have their own filter. Houses advertising best offer without pricing should not be included in specific searches. These are issues that waste alot of time.

Good app but the only thing that bugs me is that when I filter to exclude New House and Land they still show up in my search results. Seems to be a default setting I can't remove even though I have no intention of building a house. On a side note I really like the experience of viewing images. Quick and easy and I would use the app more often if the filters worked properly.

They removed the "x" option that allows you to exclude properties from your search (so the same unsuitable places don't keep appearing). Also, it always glitches with "oops something went wrong" - yes it's up to date, yes I've tried both data & wifi. Was 5 stars, now 3.. pending being 1 star soon. UPDATE: no I'm not emailing you, I'm quite clear on the issue description above. Your programmers should be competent enough to fix it, don't insult their intelligence with otherwise.

The only thing really going for the app is to be able to search with filters in map mode. Can't export or access any other apps for specialist functionality eg export inspections to your calendar, select addresses to view in maps etc.

The map drawing feature is really helpful when searching for properties in a particular area. But I've noticed properies appearing in my searches that are $50-$100 more than the price limit I set in the filter. If I could afford to spend more, I'd increase the limit.

When are you going to update your app again? Right now it's unusable. The home page won't load, when it does my previous searches sometimes appear, sometimes not. Then properties I've already searched appear on the map as green unseen properties. If I click on them and view the listing again to turn the dot grey, it sometimes stays grey, mostly not. If it does stay grey, as soon as I move the map, zoom in or out then back to green it goes. Fix it please or it will remain frustratingly unusable

Leagues behind alternative real estate apps' available on all platforms. Personally each time I go to inspect my portfolio no values are available or completely off mark.

Domain is yet again my go-to property app after they fixed up popup messages. I'd like to see a filter for property zone. Would be really helpful.

Good app. I wish there was a filter in rentals for date avaliable. Preferably a range. I.e. avaliable before date x, avaliable after date y, or, avaliable between date x & y

The desktop version said I had to download the app just to share a shortlist with someone, and now that I've downloaded the app I realise the only way to share is to merge our shortlists! Extremely annoying. I just wanted to show someone the properties I've been looking at, not to muddle their list with mine.

It's a good app for getting a rough idea of things. The main problem for me is that many realtors are listing rooms in boarding houses as studios; this isn't the same thing! Maybe it would be better if "boarding house" were added to the search engine? This would enhance the precision for searchers. :)

App was fine until the last update, now houses I look at the dot doesn't stay grey. It's incredibly frustrating, to the point I don't bother and use the real estate app instead, because I don't want to have to sift through 100 or so houses to see if I've already looked at them. Please update the app to fix this issue!

Preferred this app over the competition due to it opening on the last search which no longer occurs. Loved it before the update when it opened to the search. Notifications for new properties seems to be roughly 24hrs old which isn't a big deal but I've already seen the property before the notification alerts. Viewed properties seems to now be working.

It's not bad, but the most annoying thing when trying to find a place to rent is when all these student-only accommodations come up. There needs to be a filter where I don't see any of those, as they're useless to someone who isn't a student, yet they still fill up most of my search.

The app keeps increasing and doubling my rent per week budget in all my saved searches, showing places I'm purposely trying to filter out. Seems to do this when I don't use the app for more than 24 hours. Hard to think this isn't intentional.

EDIT: Thanks, rating changed to 5 stars as problem fixed and app working great again :) As other reviews say, the green dots turn grey briefly when viewed then return to green as soon as the map moves. This never used to happen and is quite frusterating as you constantly are looking at properties you have already viewed. Before this started happening it was a great app, waiting on an update to resolve this issue

Ruined a good app. You used to be able to toggle between buy/ sell with same suburbs, but no...lets ruin a good app and remove this feature... Thanks Burton for clarifying this. The little toggle filter on the left hand side now lets me switch between buy/ sell for the same filtered suburbs

Good app however few issues Units/apartments listed as houses, don't know how many times I report these but nothing ever gets done. Why bother having this function. You've added in new houses which is good but you default it to on all the time. Need to always turn this off. Needs a villa option as these are not house or apartment. And of course, real estate agents under quoting (had one listed as 1.1 but comparables provided all 1.4. Clearly dodgy real estate agent. This needs ability to report

Oops something went wrong That summarises my experience with the app. That message is constant.

A graveyard of sold properties, even after reporting a property, all you will get is "we looking into it" but no one does as afte few weeks the same sold property is still listed. Quite heavy on the memory of phone even on new note 20 ultra, watchlist does not populate most of the time, it's a long wait.

Overall ok but the filters need to be the same as online. In specific, the minimum land size. I don't want to see all small blocks when I'm searching for 100acres+. Please fix this

The short-list price is faulty when switching between the viewing properties, it stays with the $ previous of previous viewed property, getting confused on pricing and had to undo and redo short-listing all the time :(

I'm not quite sure how you did it, but you have managed to traverse the extremes ‐ from usable (daily) to trash (once a month and then only in hope that you have backed out the changes). Oh well, deleting this CRApp.

I can't follow my own property, my 'for owners' tab only opens a property search function. I input my property address, then it tells me I'm already following the property and to find it in the for owners tab on the my properties section. Which I can't access because of the above issue. Useless section. The estimated suburb value data is also 100k behind other websites estimates for my suburb

So its a good app but there needs to be minimum requirements. For example real estate agents shouldnt be able to put 450-600 rent just so they appear in searches. It should HAVE TO BE 1 solid number. Same as pics they should HAVE to put more than 1 pic and also put a floorplan. So much time wasted by scumbag agents.
