Domicilios.com - Order food

I'm not a fan. I'm still waiting for the restaurant in question just to acknowledge my order. I actually contacted customer service, but they gave me a 5.000 Colombian Peso coupon and sent me on my way. To this app: you have a responsibility to remove restaurants that consistently provide terrible service. It has been two hours, and try still haven't acknowledged the order even after customer service supposedly contacted them. Terrible.

This app is a scam DO NOT DONWLOAD , they will ask for your information just to in the end, chosing whatever they want you to pay with and get stuck with that since the customer service seems to be one of the dirtiest I've seen, the agents have no clue what they are doing, they take time to answer and when they do is basically " oh well, you chose this" , I am looking forward to start an actual claim against this app , please do not use it , is better to actually call the store. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service support!!! One one piece of my order came 1/12. I told them about it 2 after the app crashing the first time and having to start over again with support. They only gave me half price back with a coupon i can't use until tomorrow?!?! Never use it. Use rappi it's way better!!!

I ordered from a restaurant called Wok + Sushi, I paid online but never got my order, the support person from the app cut communication when I asked for the refund. The restaurant's phone number provided by the app was never answered. I lost my money. Seems like a scam.

Asked for some food. It didnt arrive. I had no way to contact anyone to know what was happening with the order. It was later canceled. Phone on the website is only for restaurants. Help on the website is only a tutorial. There is no way to know if your order is coming or not. Restaurant didnt have any contact information online either.

With the latest update asked me to input my credit card details once again, then google payments asked me to confirm CVC code and I did it but it failed, 3 times, and 3 times my card was charged around $1 USD. Now it's a problem because I will have to check in N days if the money is returned or otherwise contact google or domicilios and start up a fight for the return of my $3 USD.

Very slow, bad service and overpriced for such a poor quality. They say delays (up to 2 hours) are the restaurants' fault so no accountability whatsoever. I'm never using it again

Very good app...domicilios go is great as you can see drivers. Only one small criticism....they should add a box were you can type a note to restaurant when placing an order.

Cannot use international credit cards (Germany). You create then you cannot complete your order(Orden cancellada) without any clear path to chat or to.resolve it. Tried 5 different cards.bWith UBER EATS stuff like this WORKED.

They give me gift cards for free ocassionaly which you can easily cash in for a sandwich or a burger. App works great, they just lack a lot of restaurants in the city

I placed an order and after creating chat for help 4 different times I was promised that the food is about to be delivered and after 2 hours I was told to create a new order because they dont have any information from the restaurant.Now everything is closed and I have to spend my night without food.

Such an amazing app, i really loved it. Hey guys download it your stomach will be thankful. Good Prices, good food, always on time. Speechless.

Horrible for the second time now. I place my order and consistently after 30mins my order becomes deleted. I don't recommend this app at all.

So far I had a great experience in Bogotá. My address is complicated to understand and even so, the order arrived 5 minutes earlier.

Says you can pay online but it won't process your debit and or credit cards. Only cash works. El medio de pago por línea es obviamente roto. No se pudo procesar el pago...

I need to add my address again everytime I want to check if maybe there is anything good to order and that's very annoying.

App used to be amazing, i live in ecuador ...everytime i try to order only gives me options from colombia...THAT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT COUNTRY!

Terrible, they cancel a lot of deliveries after waitings of more than 45 min with no reason. Terrible service.

Is one of the best food delivery's apps, very complete. Only missing the breakfast services

Like the app. Very precise, food always on time. 4 from 5 just for my card issues to inscribe.

No password reset. Credit card does not work. Very frustrating.

I tried using my US debit and credit cards and they do not work. I can understand my US debit card not working but my credit card always work. Why not ?

easy to use, and support all the time
