I love the app, it does all I need it to do. i.e transfer funds, check balances, pay bills, etc. The only negative thing I can see is that it doesn't allow me to login at times, it just gives me the "thinking wheel" which can be inconvenient at times... all in all I LOVE IT!!
Since the last update I cannot access the account on any of my mobile devices. It always comes back with a network connectivity error message. If I go in through a web browser I can get access, so it is evidently not my network issue.
Doesn't log me in with my information even though I had just been in my account with that same login information, but I can login to the website version with no problem. I notice that several other people have same issue with the app and that the website version actually works. Please fix this app. Uninstalled. I'll just use the website version.
when it works it's fantastic, bills, transfers, balances ans transactions at your fingertips. but it has been very spotty availability lately.
This App does everything I need financially. They've improved on check reading capabilities for deposit which is critical, have the ability to transfer money, pay bills or share for aggregation.
Always getting connectivity error messages. It says my internet connection may be slow but I can use my laptop just fine to access. Phone is note 20 ultra
Overall great app! App just needs to be much more user friendly and visually appealing for a better user experience.
The app is very slow to open and get logged in. Slow to switch between accounts and screens.

Won't allow me to login. Keeps saying password is incorrect, but its fine on the website. Disappointing.
keeps saying I'm entering an incorrect password even after I changed my password and closed the app multiple times to start again.
Very easy to use! Thanks 9.9.21 im not able to do mobile deposits. I dont see it on this app.
One of the few apps that rarely gives me any trouble and provides a wealth of information. No pun intended.

4 stars now that they've added finger print login. 5 if I can get real time deposit/spending notifications.
some transactions r late when u thought it showed they already went through which throws off ur calculations but I like the app

Looks good and works except the atm locator map is still trash

The app wont work sometimes...then have to uninstall and reinstall. Other than that works great.
