Great pizza, great service, great app! I'm editing after reading several complaints about the app. "Slow", "buggy", and bugs needing to be fixed are some of the things I'm reading. I find this strange, because I use the app farely often and have had zero issues, so I'm guessing it's on the user's end that you will find the problem. At any rate, hope you get your problems solved. My 5 star rating remains.
It's very disappointing to point out that there are many bugs. One of those is that there are places where the Domino's delivery service is physically provided but the region is not available for delivery in the app so it's very inconvenient to place an order. It is very much required to fix these bugs in the app. We hope to see those errors being resolved. After the update I will think to give the app 5 star rating.
I can't remove items from the cart ..(items that fall under the everyday value category) ..I can't order anything because of too many items in the cart .. please fix this issue...also there is no option or contact info for issues regarding the app ..so I had to comment here and waste my time ...I would appreciate quick action and thanks for making delicious pizzas
The app is super slow and very buggy. After the initial 30 mins from placing the order, the order status doesn't update. My order wasn't delivered for over 2 hours, and there is no option to cancel the late orders. Basically, Domino's business mantra is pay what we ask for and eat whenever we can deliver the order. The chat support like most apps is pathetic and once you get across the bots, you realise the humans aren't any better.
The first thing is that you cannot order directly in the store. You need to download the app and only then you can order via the app. And once you download the app there are notification once every 30mins about the offers and you chose for home delivery option it shows that the store cannot deliver. If that is the thing then why do you guys keep sending the notification to complete the order. The irony is that I got a notification even while writing this review to complete the order.
What's the use of you cannot order! Can access all the menu, able to add food, getting discount, everything is working. But payment is not going through. So basically, time waste! Additionally, they have commented on this review and asked to share the details in Facebook Messenger. It's shared let's see if they can fix it. But today's order went to Pizza Hut!
Worst app. Money got deducted from wallet but order did not get placed. No way to contact customer service for this issue in the app. Cannot find contact number of customer care online. I want my money back. Edit: now new problem. Tried to login with otp, but did not get it. Clicked on resend otp 4-5 times, still did not get otp, and now the app is saying daily otp limit reached. I am locked out of this useless app. Should have just ordered from mojo pizza.
The app has a very bad user login experience. The OTPs for login weren't working. Even when I tried to change password it's saying "There's been an error. something went wrong." Please sort out these issues.
It was very easy to order 🍕. I was able to apply the coupon on checkout without any hassle. It also supports various UPI, credit cards and Cash on Delivery. Definitely good user interface.
The Domino's people work better when the order is placed using Swiggy or other Food ordering app. It's a nightmare to order pizza using app as it the oder fails for some or other reasons. When call the store the phone doesn't get picked and if it gets picked there are liars on other side telling wrong information (pizza just been sent) and it arrive 30 mins later. Overall a bad experience.
Worst service by the Domino's I ordered some items with applying of coupon but due to some how order has not placed and amount is deducted from my account. So they called (via phone) for reorder then I agree and then they placed the order. But this time they chages very high.
Very nice & simple app. Good and fast service. Using the app is very convenient with its categorisation and all. By the way it automatically adds name of approximate locality (which is not accurate), so the delivery person always gets confused - please fix this, don't add unnecessary details to the address.
The best app for ordering pizza from my and your favourite pizza point which is Domino's I haven't experienced any bugs or haven't faced any issues in this application so yes and the most important you can also order it if you want it in train or you can also go and get your order there or else all's favourite it delivers to our door step which is very very nice of them. Domino's seller are also all fine they are totally good wearing mask with safety so yes a big thumbs-up fir this app...
I love the food here. Its fresh always bht lately its so annoying to order from here. There's no option to get a discount coupon like it used it. Whoever I do choose the discount coupon it says "invalid" and instead the only coupon I can choose is a gift which sometimes comes good and mostly the garlic break I hate. I get it it's a surprise gift but some people may not like it. So let us avail a discount coupon instead. Ah..
The app gives a seamless ordering experience. I am especially pleased with 'Deliver on train' option. I recently used this option and I am amazed at the delivery experience at Napgur Jn. I am short of words to praise their service. I know it's just in my mind, but the food tasted better that ever. Kudos.
The app itself has different prices for different items in the menu of the same kind, for example, as of 29 April-2022, In the 'Pizza Mania' section, there are two different prices for 'Non-Veg Loaded', ₹169 and ₹179 respectively, while both the items have the exact same type of ingridients and size mentioned. Isn't this a little too much towards the customers? Such bugs should be fixed and if there is a revised menu then, it should be just that. Why confusing people with such an issue ?
For the last 2 months I couldn't order because whatever coupon I try to apply in the app it says 'This coupon is invalid' even when I meet each and every condition of the coupon and also when I click on view details it shows all the details of the coupon it is neither expired nor have I did something wrong Domino's seriously want to make sure people like me dont get discount once we order frequently from their app. No worries I will move over to Pizza hut 🙂.
Never make payment through this app. They have an issue with the payment gateway. Always select cash in the option, you can scan and pay on delivery. My order is still showing pending and I can raise any dispute as order numbers is not generated. No refunds are processed.
Horrible. No support. The store numbers are switched off and the support don't even know what they are talking. Stop mentioning 30 mins and good service. Doesn't match. I am writing after 75 mins of my order and there is no update. I would have rate negative if had an option
Ordering Domino's Pizza from this app is definitely the best way to save time and energy. Also, there are variety of options to choose from displayed on the same screen, ultimately saving time, and offers are displayed too, so that you get the best deal. Most importantly, getting the food delivered at the doorstep with whichever payment mode you prefer is just perfect. I just ordered and waiting for my boxes of happiness.
