Domino's Pizza Asia Pacific

Too complicated to use app to order. I absolutely love your pizzas, but hate your web and app. Too many text in a page. I can't preview pizzas without choosing coupon first, and it's annoying. Please, do something about your app.

Signed in using old account then sent an email to change the password for "migrating" on the "new online app". Link has been expired and instructed to use forgot password. The forgot password link on email doesn't work. Repeat. Unable to login. Very nice app.

App is useless. Delete the whole thing and start over. Be nice if you would answer the phone too. Maybe a refresher course in business school would be helpful. I live 2km from them and apparently I am outside of the delivery area. Maybe if I move next door they can deliver. Never mind Greenwich is on the way.

Took me 10 minutes to save my address because the for some reason the address I was saving is being changed to an address i didn't even type. After saving, it then tells me my area is not covered by the delivery. Disappointing app and delivery coverage!

It was okay. But the interface is not that easy to use. Also when you try to enter the amount in "Change for" part, it won't allow you to put the amount the way you wanted it to be.

This app cannot locate my house when keyed in the EXACT address. I can't make order with this app. Another thing, when you log in/sign up once you get the app from P.Store, the next time you use the app, you will log in again. Disgusting app. Please do some development. Make it user friendly.

A bit confusing and not as easy to navigate as other food app. May need sometime to get used to it. Should also have an option to pay online instead of using only cash upon delivery .....

Useless! From delivery option their changing it to "carry out"! Whats the point in ordering in this app if I still have to go to the store to pick up my order?! We're even less than a kilometer away from your branch!

Once signed up, you can never change the password. I received email for changing it, and I followed the link only to go back to the first page which again ask me to sign in. Duh. Kids can develop better apps nowadays.

It is a little slow but very simple to use. My only concern is with the pinpoint of the map. Customers should be able to move the pin to avoid confusion on their address.

A bit unresponsive and laggy... Checked with my internet connection if it was the source of the problem but it wasn't... Keeps on hanging and loading... I got to the check out after 5 tries

App keeps insisting to be updated even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Very frustrating, and I'm already using Android 10. Guess that's enough pizza from Dominoes.

Terrible ordering experience. Left me without food several times. Overcharged at leady once. Customer service non existence. Tried to contact direct before. I went public several times and ignored.... Awaiting the please contact us so we can fix fob off...

Carryout doesnt work because of this error "We're sorry, the address you are using is incomplete, please return to store locator and enter a full address." ive chosen the same store and address provided upon clicking. tried 5 times. un-usable

Can no longer open app. It says update needed, but can't find update. You must of noticed the drop in online ordering. FFS. Sort it out.

this app makes ordering very convenient, especially for bigger get togethers or family dinner. I like that I can see exactly order and getting what I'm paying for.
