Pretty simple to use, only annoying bit is constantly asking if you want to add dessert at the end which I figure after a dozen times it would stop asking. It is a breeze to use, however, remembers your previous orders which is handy if you normally get the same thing. Gives you tipping choices,also,so no need to concern yourself with covid issues tipping a driver on arrival. Good experience all around.

I hate this app, perhaps I don't use it enough but I'm constantly getting lost in the menus. I find myself closing the app restarting it multiple times to accomplish what I want. Seems fairly responsive though. Just confusing and difficult to navigate.

It's simple and easy to use, I couldn't find domino's on other delivery sites so I decided to download this app instead and I'm glad i did, it's super easy to use and offers plenty of customization options including copying an order if you plan to order the same thing multiple times. 10/10

Dope. but a lot of drink options and sizes, are never on the app as an option. the wings are small & come in 8.. SILLY. But the orders r always fresh, which their competitors can never seem to match, or even try to. Ive had free pizzas when orders were real late, which was cool. Always tip atleast $7 because i know the order will be fresh. thats all for my review, unless im getting a free medium 2-topping for it. their dominos app is nice for that too. alright... im out

It is easy to access past orders, customize the toppings, and complete the order. It is even possible to apply a coupon AFTER selecting an item -- no need to without delete a duplicate or start over something few food apps do well! Unrelated to the app itself, we are pleased that Domino's uses in-house delivery. Most third-party delivery services exploit their "independent contractors" with tetms that fail to meet the compensation and rights an employee would receive.

It's a great app but it would really be nice if we could pay for orders in advance instead of having to do so at the door. Would help minimalize contact which is good for both deliverer and receiver.

Works ok, but using the website is better. Would be five stars if it was identical to the website. Slower than the website and can't save or autofill credit card info. Also the price of things is not visible till it is in your cart. Overall is the best for customization but what is the point of having the app if the website is much better.

Fairly good UI in the app with access to coupons and options. Main complaint is the currency during checkout indicates "£" instead of $. That's a fairly significant price difference...

Convenient app, however, also sort of shady. They have coupons within the app and there's basically always coupons for what you want to buy..to me this is more of the true price that the items should cost, however if you order from the menu without using the coupons you will pay far more than you need to and I think that is a sh***y thing to do to customers.

Can't complain, they are consistent and convenient. One of the few places that you can also pay with cash upon delivery which is also nice when you need to have that option. I like the app it's simple to use but would like to see a lot more change in their coupons. It seems like the same deals or have been on for months

The app does not recognize my email and password eventhough I saved it, I have had to change it several times and have given up. I probably lost many pie awards because of it or cannot get into claim them!

Once you get used to the app, it's easy to place an order. It saves previous orders if you like to reorder the same items. You can edit thise previous orders as well. Also, make sure you check the coupons at the top of the home page before you order.

Solid app. Works great and the order tracker is handy. Wish it would let me pay on the app using the Google API (so I don't have to get up and find my card and can just do it with the info saved in my Google wallet)

Efficient, fast load times. Only note: if my entire order it just redeeming points for a pizza, there was no possible way to add a tip! Still wanting to leave a tip despite not paying for the pie! :P

Extremely temperamental and constantly bugs out. 9/10 times I try to use it, I get an error message saying that "Domino's services through the app are temporarily unavailable" and to use the website instead. Extremely disappointing, especially since it seems to work just fine most of the time on iOS. The website also bugs out for me a lot forcing me to call and not be able to apply coupons, but that's unrelated to the app itself.

The app is not bad in general but there's no option to save your credit card information. Each time I order in the app, I have to bring my credit card and enter the numbers again. PayPal payment is not available too. The other problem is that it doesn't show the live price as you add, remove, increase or decrease toppings. It can be seen only at checking out.

Some confusion with menus, otherwise very helpful and a timesaver. Edit: coupons menu needs to be made more straightforward and streamlined. Edit: The new menu pathing is nice, sending you to the items menu instead of the cart when you finish a coupon saves alot of time. still some forseeable changes to be made to the menus though, change your choices to single image models, since you already have a large customer base and descriptions attached to the pictures, it should save time on scrolling.

Nice and easy to use, very straight forward. User Interface is easy to understand. Your points are displayed clearly in the main screen so you don't forget that you have a free pizza. The pictures make it easy to decide what you are looking to order. Dip selection is limited. Work on that Domino's. Flavors!!

App is very user friendly except having to manually log in to get my free pizza. If I don't claim a free pizza, it does not require signing in to continue accumulating points to your account. Really annoying because I often forget my password each time.

The app does what you expect it to for the most part, but it isn't intuitive and the overall look is very hard on the eyes. Possibly getting rid of the over-dependence on brand colours could help it look more appealing and less striking? Otherwise, the app is quick, responsive, and thankfully has all the same options for customising your pizza as the website.

App has been updated and calibrated very well, speedy load and check out time. Recently updated, one issue it says my email isn't valid when using the app, have to retype my email in several times before it accepts

I never rate things because I always find a problem with the things I use, this app however I find no problems with its well designed and despite dominos not being my favorite pizza place I find myself eating dominos when I get pizza more often then not simply because the app is so easy to order complicated pizzas with.

I order Domino's at least twice a week and literally wants my order goes through I get it within 20 to 30 minutes every single time! I recommend you ordering here no lie good pizza great service very fast and easy to deal with. Enjoy!
