Edit: Just re-downloaded the app and the issues have been fixed. Removed the option for Mada Pay on Delivery and whenever I try to pay with my card online it brings me back to the home screen and doesn't register the order. Will be using the phone instead of the app until they fix this. Its a great restaurant with great staff but unfortunately the app is bad now. Will change the rating once they fix things.
There's something really wrong with the app, it gets so slow when I try to edit, it's a glitch that bothers me a lot, and when I finish the order and wants to pay, it erases everything, and I signed in because of that but surprisingly it happened to me even when I signed in, I don't like your app :)
it needs to be smither than now! everything should be in one page instead of NEXT , NEXT! it can be confusing for some elders and mentally challenged people. my a slid down menu and items inside each category is away much better. I've been trying to create an account for the longest period, it doesn't work.
Brilliant interface and easy of use. Only needs a bit speeding up. Other than that, good job on the improvements Dominoes.
I appreciate how easy and helpful it is to use this app, this app comes out to become a great way for ordering your meal. Delivery is fast and I love the service. I also love that all the options are published right in front of you, which makes it easier to pick all you desire. Great app!
Application is buggy and always freezes just prior to completing the order. This makes purchasing a hassle, and most time I give up and get something else to eat. Unfortunately, this is has been the case for over a year. Wish they would fix it.
The apps works well with faster internet access. There would be sometimes a different log in page where the countries are Dominos available. Didn't work when you're trying to choose the country. I guess update needs or the apps really busy due to increased demands.
It's very good application but it's not super user-friendly. It has to many pages to make one simple order. Hint ... Customer must order with least possible movements arround the apps. 👍 Improvements is recommended. 🏆 I wish you the very best.🍕 💐
Very poor app It's slow and glitches all the time When you try to add an offer to the order you find in the checkout out that the offer didn't work so you have to go from the begining again and again and again The worst thing they don't accept taking the order by the phone any more so you have to use the app "or as they say the phone ordering system" is down Anyway This is the work costumer service every I had in my life
With all do respect, this app need to be simplified. it's unreal that it took me (28) clicks to choose 2 pizzas with Italian crust and two side sauces and two different drinks. in the process it has so many sub menus and the pop-up item suggestion is annoying
Can customize order which is great, delivery and payment are guaranteed. But it's doesn't save card info, and sometime it's slow when loading and you may add your order again. Overall, a good usable app.
The app is fine. Not great but not bad. But they should add an option where u can notify missing things in the order or mix ups. I dont remember the last time we ordered and it came exactly like what we requested
Overall, the app is pretty good! And the food was delicious! However there are flaws to it, I have ordered the pizza at 3 pm and it came to our house at 7 pm. And we ordered an up sized pizza, and we received a small. It was really irritating becuase we spent hours starving. So I recommend you take it by your own and not take a delivery.
Excellent user interface , it's handy to use and didn't find any flaws about it. didn't face any kind of app crashes or related issues too. Keep up the good work.
That much effort should not be required to order a pizza! The extremely unintuitive and difficult to navigate interface makes using this application an exercise in frustration.
So far I've had no major issues dealing with the app, it runs smoothly and the interface is quite clean. However the last time I ordered a delivery through the app, there was a little delay.
The app is a bit slow. I first gave it 4 ⭐s, but changed my rating because of bad customer service. It was my first order. Domino's tracker tells me that my order has been delivered and wishes that we enjoy our meal!!! The problem is that we haven't received anything till after an hour and a half!!!!! *First & last time 👎🏻
I don't know why I have to go through many pages to confirm simple order! And why so many ads for other products of domenoz are offered! The pages are confusing and provide bad customer experience.
The app is a bit stupid to work with. It should be simplified a bit and make it easoer to use. I just spent 30 minutes ordering 2 pizzas and a side and a drink and a dessert. Would habe been faster to pass by.
The app is really good. I love the vintage theme but it would be great to have a little bigger pictures of the order with a description of what they are and the ingredients on it.
Very basic app with outdated user experience interface. I am surprised a huge corporation like Domino's hasn't considered redesigning their app to keep up with today's competitors. If Domino's isn't going to reconsider their app design, I would suggest they should provide their services through outsource food delivery companies and withdraw this shameful app from app stores. Another issue I faced during my horrible experience using this app is the repetitive steps I have go through everytime.
Worest app ever. I prefer to go to the branch and wait for 30 minutest than suffering with this app. Not user friendly at all and extremly slow, it takes ages to show the branches. The website is kinda easier.
would be better if it was more "fluid" and "modern" otherwise it's very responsive and comprehensive. I recommend using it whether you're ordering for a pickup or a delivery.
This App is very recursive, laggy, full of ads and buggy. You need to complete a lot of steps to make a simple order, and that's if you're lucky. Many times the app reports "technical errors" that make you go back to the beginning of the order cycle. They tell you to call by phone due to those technical errors, but guess what: I'm using the app to avoid calling by phone. Completely useless.
