It's decent. Could be improved on many, many points, but it has the basics. Update: The issue below seems to be fixed. Since v0.2.253 (8141) though, I no longer can use the app. When I opened it this morning it threw me out to the welcome screen you see after first installing the app. A tad confused, I entered my Domoticz settings again, but after clicking next, it just throws me back to the welcome page again. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Functional, but needs improvement! The Lite version is not worth considering. The paid version is a bit too expensive for it's limited functionality and limited extra (useful) extra services. I can't change the order of the Dashboard items, although I have switched Off the "sort like on server" setting. For me the Widget works fine, although I don't quite understand why the smallest can only show a temperature, not switch. (In fact I only need 2 buttons, one to Open the gate, one to Close)
It is generally functional, but the interface needs more work. Even the domoticz web interface looks much nicer on the phone - too big icons in here. I am also annoyed on the fact that, in 'plans' window I cannot see the history for one device, I have to switch to 'temperatures' to see that, for example. I'd update my rating if these are fixed.
Not bad, but few issues: 1) manual sort order is reset all the time, so does not work 2) graphs are hard to read, make them like on Domoticz web, those are great. When temperature and humidity is combined like on this app, the distance is too big and the graph basically shows two distant flat lines 3) Android wear support app does not reflect changes made nor does it refresh. I flip the switch, it works but then it still shows the previous value.
Very good app. But have some problems. Status of switches didn't refreshing after on or off of device. I thought premium version solve this problem butbit didn't. When I on switch status of device show off, I have to click twice if I want to turn off for example lamp. I have bell push.
Good choice of screens and full access to the fuctions, Widgets seem to work well and give immediate operations to as many switches or scenes as you assemble. Recently I get repeated dashboard entries for some scenes, 8 of one, a bit annoying. Also reports scanning for beacon despite have turned it off.
Too expensive for what you get. Other apps working better as a dashboard then the original domoticz app. Example : gate or garage door opener not always acting (is based on a auto off) but with homeHabit free version it does. Just like light dimmers
The app itself is functional and practical. However, the biggest letdown is the widgets. At the price of 7-8 euros I was expecting more from the widgets. At the moment they look bad, function bad and are very unstable. I would stick with Lite version if I knew how early in development the widgets are. EDIT. Guys honestly. The widgets can't keep reseting after each update. 👎🏼👎🏼 EDIT. Not sure who you are replying to. My gripe is with the widgets. I keep my domo updated and login is fine.
Today the app lost all of it's settings (servers, wifi, etc.). Edit: newest version still has problems with settings. It does not remember local wifi list. After rrstarting the app, the list becomes empty. One star less.
Since the latest update 0.2.253 the app keeps deleting the settings and saying "incorrect settings please reconfigure this app". This renders the entire app unusable on 2 phones in my house. Please roll back the latest update or fix this issue. Edit: fixed on the same day. Great response!
Keeps crashing since 2 releases ago, still not fixed. As soon as I reach the end of the page (scroll down), app crashes. Update : fixed as of Sep 30
Great app so far. I have only one issue and this one currently denies me from using the app outside my wifi. IPv6 connections are not working. I tried a lot options but everyrhing fails so far. Can you please fix this?
Latest updated caused incompatible settings error and has reset the app. It makes me fill in all connection settings again. Update: after a reinstall the settings appeared again, thanks!
Works OK but somehow limited in terms of aesthetics and day to day usability. I bought the paid version and apart from no ads, I can't see any difference.
App works well, but would benifit from some more eyecandy. Also, introduction of secondary axes on e.g. temperature/humidity graphs would be a good idea.
Great, love the sorting feature! Unfortunately the app won't keep the sorting order, defeating the whole purpose of sorting all together.
It's ok, needs work. Everytime you open the apt it duplicates three or four items. I should have only nine items on my dashboard. Because of duplicates, I have over 30 items showing.
Excellent version of a Domoticz app. Only minor quirk is the occasional instability while connected via IPv6, but this could be ISP related.
Great app. One downside: on every update the widgets get broken (and I have a lot). Remove and re-add is (as far as I can see) the only solution.
Updated to latest version 0.2.220(7450) and am using login page but connot connect from remote. I works ok on local network. I am using the paid version and up to now it worked perfectly.
App works for the most part. Geofence does not work on all phones, S10 works perfect, S9 and S10e does not work.
Last update fixed the issue with remote server! Thanks for the quick turnaround.
Widgets and graphs are not up to standard and not always functioning properly.
Works fine but the widgets is very badly occupies a lot of space and shows very little....

The Domoticz app is well built, user-friendly, and has tremendous support and development. Once a while, updates may somewhat break things, but in my experience the developers are quick to respond, and when those are indeed bugs (a lot of the time playing with settings and fresh installs will fix things), work actively to fix the issues swiftly. The graphs could be improved, in my view ; could be nice to zoom on a timeline. Generally speaking the graphs in Domoticz could be a little better, maybe this is Domoticz related, and not the app. Either way, it's a small issue for an otherwise fantastic app. Go ahead, get the premium, the developers deserve largely the support in my view.
