I really enjoy this app. As a person with several mental disorders, I can only recommend it. The colour scheme is nice, there are great advices, exercises are helpful and a lot of them - something for everyone.
I like this app a lot. I would like to see a widget from this app, maybe it can have some positive quotes or motivational fact and statistics, or maybe suggestions like "if you dont feel well maybe a cold glass of ice water will help"
Useless. Still feel absolutely depressed. I don't want games to distract me, I want my mind to shut off. Games? Distracted but horrible thoughts still there. Thanks for making me feel even worse
This app is okay. It distracted me a lot because I like writing about myself and what I feel sometimes however the system is lagging. I don't have a full storage so it must be this apps problem.
It's actually really good it's helpful, but for the depression tips some don't work, some i can't do because it's either early in the morning or like toady im too tired and have no energy what so ever
Doesn't help with panic or anxiety to tell us to eat chocolate or do math games. These are only distractions - not the slowing down of the nervous system we need.
2 minutes is all you need to distract you from anxious thoughts. The breathing exercises helped me also.
It really helped me I feel so much better then I did before
I'm sure for depression and other things this app worked great but it didnt help me much with self harm.
so far I really really like this app. easy to use and pretty much just fill in the blanks. let's see what else it offers...good job guys

I love this app. I used it when I had my finals and I have to say it was soo distracting in a good way. I was soo nervous before the exams so I give it a try and it worked.
