Enjoy the game but getting tired of issues. More then once I've had to start from the beginning now I've lost all my neighbors, I have not been able to get my daily supplies for a week. I've turned my phone off and back on, removed the game and reinstalled the game. Still can't get my supplies from my neighbors and there is no way to contact customer support for tech issues.

I'm on a Galaxy S8. On start up the game shows a black screen with fps and mem counters in tiny little text and nothing else. I've tried rebooting the phone, but no luck. It's a shame, the screenshots make it look like a fun game. Hanging out for a fix.

No matter what the app refuses to open. It either crashes as soon as I open it, or it only shows a black screen with an icon showing the fps in the top corner. It's a shame, because I really liked playing the game when I had it on an old phone.

I like this game, yet it is currently unable to connect to Facebook on either Android or iOS. This means you could lose your progress of the game barfs, which sometimes happens. Also, it is no longer working on my most current Android update. Instead shows an ftp number that is increasing.

I had the game a long time ago and loved it so much. When u saw it in tbe store again i downloaded it. But now i go into the game and it us just a black screen and i cant do anything. I have sat there for 30 minutes and nothing happens. Can anyone tell me the problem or can this be fixed

Okay game, but I wish it were more elaborate... Like change the looks of the game up, because it's just like all of the others like it out there... Change the way they are built, shape and all..

Love this game! Only thing, I have a problem with is signing into facebook. It never allows me. So I don't get to enjoy fb friends to play with. Wish I could experience playing it with actual friends that are peppers also in the game.

i started to play this 4 years ago and deleted it because i got bored. i tried to find this game in hopes of feeding my thirst for simulator games but i got disappointed because after downloading it, the screen went black and there was this fps and mem thing at the top left side of my screen. i really wanted to play this but can you tell me what happened.

Very fun and something to pass the time. Could use a new update and add more things to do and unlock and maybe more action like fighting once the bunkers the best it can get have a end of the world mode.

When I tap to open the app/game, it goes to a black screen displaying my fps and does nothing else. Playing on the Galaxy SO. Please fix and I'll award you with more stars!

No new updates... Refuses to work on New Android phone/s (8.0 and above) I resorted to installing this on my older phone. Works... Just barely. ZERO 🔹 Diamonds awarded. Looked like a fun game. Such a shame that the developers decided to BUG OUT and abandoned their game. :(... Guess they went below ground in PREPerations for the ensuing apocalypse. 😂🤔

I'm using honor 8 pro All I see upon starting the game is a black screen with memory counter and fps. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting device. Nothing. It's a shame.

it used to work great, decided to install it again on my new phone, and it won't load anything aside from stats in the top left corner. really sad since it was a great game

Last updated 2017. That's enough for a 1 star. Game has stopped working on all devices and developers have just abandoned this game. You might as well remove it from play store!

Galaxy s9, game doesn't even open, goes to black screen shows fps and mem, then just immediately crashes to desktop, please fix for a better review

Help! I installed this app and when i open it, it shows black screen with fps and mem at the upper right corner of my screen. My cp is samsung s9. Hope u can help me

does not work. the game opens to a black screen and then nothing. I tried shutting down and restarting, but that didnt help.

Reminds me a bit of Fallout Shelter. Good mechanics, nice system, and just all around amazing.

I think this game is pretty fun, it us a could time waster. I think there is a lot of improvements that can be made though.

Awesome, but Waiting times are excruciating for literally everything, especially accumulating gold.

Its a great game but ive had problems on two different devices where the game just resets to the start for no reason

Save when delete from cell and table so i can redownlod in play were i left off

I think everybody should play it and the quality was so good.I also though the pleasure of the fun it gives you was great.

Didnt even get to play the game but it started out bad cause it didn't load and it's just saying fps as and me.

love the game but I wish there was a way to design and building it and levels would be kool

it's not to bad but every time i get to about floor 17 the game resets so i had to uninstall it.😞

same as Sam I am on S10e and its showing a black screen with a fps.3 stars are because I have played it on a Motorola.
