Dooney & Bourke

My stars is solely based on the app.... NOT on the products. I've been trying to reinstall this app for months. Even Uninstaller the last playstore update, as Microsoft suggested, and still getting error message. I cleared all my download history, old apps, completed all other updates on my phone on and off wifi. Still no success. Now Dooney changed up their loyalty program. I hope Dooney is not going under or something. #AlwaysDooneyStan.

Had the app on my phone, then it literally disappeared. Now I am getting error messages when attempting to download again. Did everything I was instructed to do on my Android, and still unable to download. Very disappointing.

I've had the app since they first came out with it. It at some point disappeared. I've tried numerous times to download it but only get an error saying it can't be installed. Extremely frustrating!!

The app completely disappeared and now can't be reinstalled due to some app error. This has altered my shopping experience especially since I'm not always near a computer.

I gave app 2 stars because when I had it, it worked. Installed security update on phone and app was erased from my apps. Tried to reinstall it and error message keeps popping up because there's an issue with app security. Great! After all my credit card information was on that app!!

So I didn't realize that the app disappeared off my phone. So I proceeded to install only for it not to install. I tried this several times. I absolutely love the product, I dislike this app. I think a developer needs to be replaced.

Won't download! Uninstalled and reinstalled back in November.... only it never reinstalled. Have been trying for months but nothing. Even tried troubleshooting suggestions but still NO INSTALL. Very frustrating.

I download the app and except for being slow it's alright. After exiting the app, if I try to use it again I can't unless I uninstall and reinstall it. This happens every time. I can only use it once per installation.

I can't use app. Since my phone updated the operating system this app was deleted. I tried to re-install it but it won't install. I get an error message saying something about the security that was put on my phone. I love DB purses and I wanna use my app 😢

Good experience, however I gave 3 stars due to when you pull up order history it does not give you full detail description. And I took another star away bc when using the Dooney Pay it doesn't allow for you to use your Loyalty points and I feel as though that is unfair if I paid all my credit off and earned those Loyalty points. Thats my only 2 complaints that caused loss of 🌟 🌟

I love Dooney, and have always used the app, but for the past few months it has disappeared from my phone, and just throws up an error message when trying to re-download!

Veryyyyy slow, locked me out and I had to reset my password (even though I had it automatically saved thru the website). C'mon Dooney, get with it! Still love ya!

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with the product. I Love D&B product. I'm speaking about the app. I changed phones and now I can't get the app to download on my new phone.

I have tried to install this app over a dozen times & it still will not install:( (not an issue w/my phone)... I wanted it as DB advertises special offers in the app. Frustrating!

Christmas Eve and unable to use app or website for 3 days!!! Company is GIANT PO💩. I used the chat function all the resp do is say "the problem is on your banking institution end, clear the cookies, cache retry new browser, empty your cart routine". Like REALLY, In 2021, after almost 2 years of a pandemic society hasn't figured out ONLINE shopping & simple troubleshooting??? No D & B.. worst CS, worst website, worst app.. where is 0 or negative star scores??

I see I am not the only person that is having trouble with the app. Had the app on my phone and it disappeared. I have tried to download it numerous times on my Samsung S20 fe but was getting an error message. Now I have an older phone, which is my backup phone, and was able to download the app on that one but when I open the app it tell me to download the app from the Play store which is how I downloaded the app. CRAZY!

I downloaded this app so my shopping experience would be easier but it is a terrible app. Doesn't scroll. Doesn't want to even show you that purse. Why? MAKE a BETTER APP. Uninstall.

After the update on 6/23/2020, the app worked now it doesn’t. I only see the spinning circle. I have a Samsung s10. And bring back the Wish List feature.

Havent been able to update the app in months. Nothing saves to my cart anymore....finally had to uninstall and now i cant even install....

Love the app! Easy to navigate, all features worked, and all images were extremely clear. Way to go Dooney!

This app drives me crazy how slow and unresponsive it is. Please find a way to fix it.

This app is really bad...nothing loads, can't search or select anything. I'm shocked & disappointed. No choice but to remove it.

Terrible app. I would love to search and sign in. This app will not allow me to do anything. And never loads. Uninstalling right now.

I tried to shop, but to see another color, it spins and spins... I had to uninstall with no results.

So easy to shop with Dooney and bourke app. Lots deals. The quality of Dooney and Bourke products is first class and unbeatable.

Can't download app on my note 10 plus. I had the app then it disappeared.

The reviewers are right...it doesn't load and just spins and spins...not going to bother trying to reinstall it...

After phone update app deleted and unable to reinstall. I cannot track my shipment. This app is useless

I love the Dooney & Bourke There are so many things I would love to order, but I know I can't l will order more because l love everything that you have on your app.

This is the most unprofessional, glitchy and incompetent app I've downloaded in a very long time. 😐
