Very good but don't get all star because doesn't work with phone Bluetooth when receiving calls and answering machine could be activated automatically after 2 rings for example

In Android 11, the slidebar to open the door is so wide that it interferes with the "back" functionality of Android. Can you please change this? A button would be quicker. Also please allow me to put the button for staircase lighting or other activations on the home screen so I can use them while someone is at the door. Thanks!

Missing a ton of settings and features, notification can't be skipped and mutes music (have to force quit app to make it work) movement detection with the camera doesn't work, switching between cameras is buggy, only one user can view the doorbell camera at a time. It works, but it's by far not refined.

Horrible! No support everything in Italian even users manual. A nightmare to update new modem, cannot add a new phone if you update your phone. Doesn't connect to door, very poor picture quality, sound is hit and miss. Wall control is very difficult to operate no instructions. Very expensive unit. Bought for accessibility but very difficult to operate and no help available.

Doesn't pop up like when receiving a call, even when the phone is unlocked. This completely breaks the app functionality and should work. Anything I'm missing here? Update: no response from the company at all, not here, not though customer support. Really disappointed, the basic functionality I bought the system for - working like your phone app - does not work

Works OK but messes up my other phone apps. Bluetooth stops working and my alarm sounds switches to this apps alarm. Both things happens every time someone rings the bell. I have to kill the app or restart phone to fix.

I missed a lot of important (away from home) calls because of the bad application. The notifications show up very late or they don't even show up anyway. Put your best test analyst on this case because we deserve a proper working app, at the end we payed for it :) Cheers, An unhappy customer.

The app has really bad connectivity. The notifications are late, or even don't show up sometimes. After the last Android update the app doesn't push the doorbell to the front of the screen anymore. Please fix this, it's seriously annoying.

It's SO frustrating. Wish I'd never bought the system. The app hangs on Connecting or No Internet Connection. View the camera and the menu bar disappears so you have to terminate the app and reopen. Programmers, please pull your finger out and fix this shameful app.

Door Entry is a reliable and very useful piece of software for your proprietary door entry control system. Occasionally, problems with wifi connectivity, and stuck screens. But generally handy.

App not working at all: when someone rings the bell, my phone does not react, even with all the correct battery settings. This worked well before but company irresponsive and unhelpful in addressing this problem.

Please update this app. Ever since last update the app is slow to load and connect to wifi. It opens the app then buffers for some time before coming back and then can be used.

I don't understand how can you butcher such a simple app, no smart home integration, outdated hardware, and bare functionality within the app. Please scrap the app and go back to drawing boards.

Not able to reset account... Needed to create a NEW email and account to reconnect to app... And needed do reset internal unit. So does not ring unless it's opened in foreground... Please fix and help resetting accounts as is not possible to define new password even complying with password complexity....

Why can't I chose a ringtone? I can only chose from the notification sounds which are too short and easy to miss. There are a lot of things missing in this app that could make it a lot better.

can't connect. cant connect to the cloud, doesn't find internal video unit,. tried with several phones, several networks, no avail.

Unreliable connectivity when abroad. Super expensive system that only works occasionally for holiday home. Very Disappointed

This application is so useful and easy to use. It helps in answering the doorbells when I'm outside or keep on eye who is coming. Also it helps to call the Housemaid too... So recommended for.

It is a bit unstable, loosing contact with the router quite often. When not, it is nice ...

On my oneplus 6T the video signal isn't working. When using an apple device is doesn't have a problem...

Dramatic experience. Doesn't stay on top anymore in the new android versions.

It lacks the Google assistant integration. They promised it but never arrived.

Doesn't have the mobile phone functionality. Never connects or can see or hear

Impossible to associate with the intercom, keep getting Operation failed error

Dreadful. Appears to be written by a novice that assumes you know exactly what it is, what it can do for you and how it works without the need to tell you!
