Didn't work properly. It keep saying the device is not connected to internet. Every 5 to 10 mins will send email alert said the device is offline. Can't recieve any orders. Contact doordash for tech support about this issue over 2 months still no go. Their reaponse is because you are using your own devices. We can't help you. What is the point to put it up at google play store if only works on their own device. Extremely disappointed. I just gave up with this garbage. Terrible customer service.

Since March 8,22. The app is keep deactivate for no reason. Contact the tech support but they won't really help you because it is not their tablet. You are on your own. Can't even receive any orders. They will send you the email with store temporary deactivation because the "TABLET IS OFF" every 5 to 10 min. I got 20+ emails each day for that stupid issues. That is a totally a joke. 3 tablets and 2 cell phone all are online. Time to look for some other service provider.

I work in a restaurant and we all hate this app! At first it worked fine. Since it quietly updated weeks ago, it changed. Before it rings once when an order comes, the ringtone was annoying like all other food delivery companies, understandable. But after, whenever something happens, it rings! Driver accepted an order, it rings; driver arrives, it rings. For one single order, it rings 4 times! Sure it does have the option to turn it off, but it quietly turns it back ON! Please fix it!

Bad business. Restaurants will make mistakes, drivers make mistakes and will eat your food like fries, If you report all of their problems, they'll cut you off. Profit driven. The consumer is their last priority. Grub Hub is the best and fastest!!

This device is stupid. Can not change open hours and when trying to contact through support chat if you do not reply within 30 seconds they close the chat. The phones aren't working so have left me no other option then to try through chat support 6 times. They have slightly fixed the issue if it does not work i will be going further. For an app that is meant to be like ubereats they could have made it easier to use.

As others have said, this app is pretty bad. It only supports one brand of printer and only 2 models and ONLY bluetooth which is not a reliable or robust interface in my opinion. If I were a developer, I would research which thermal printers are widely used in the industry and have support for USB, Network and lastly bluetooth. I would have developed and written code and tested the app on these printers before releasing it! So it shows DD developers are lazy and unprofessional. Poor job!

I work for a restaurant as an order manager. App is basically unusable. For some reason everytime I login to the app and press "Go Live" it says there's a problem activating the store. Mind you, the doordash order manager website has already been up and running for over a month and it says its already live which is confusing. Please fix the app, it's causing us to miss live orders

Pls fix driver arriving, it's very annoying. Dasher is here and it's still telling that dasher is driving 3 times! We don't have time to keep playing with the app! At least have the setting work properly , we turn off notifications BUT it still doesn't work.

I am trying to add printer, it shows me bluetooth instead of wifi. The app still needs to work on it. It does not fit the screen properly and sets landscape only. Also it does not sound when an order arrives, I checked my phone if it is in silent mode. The payment method is not shown at all.

Need update to allow more printers. Should be able to use the same Star TSP wifi printer as UberEats and GrubHub. We shouldn't have to add a separate printer just for door dash. Also, it's a hassle to click on the tablet when a driver is arriving. If you want to signal once ok. But to keep signalling until someone taps is out of control.

This update is dumb. Can't turn off the Driver notification. Called them about it only to get instructions to tick it off on settings. But it still turns on. Freaking annoying when you're busy and nonstop ringing. Called today to cancel our 5 accounts with door dash.

The latest update makes it so much harder to manage the menu. I used to prefer DoorDash to GrubHub because DoorDash made it so easy to update the menu but now I despise them both. Go back to the old way! Time is money and this takes way too long.

App doesn't work on my Samsung tablet but I love Doordash. I just have to order from my Android instead. I have the 9.99 monthly membership and I save so much money. I even bought stock in the co when it went public. Best selection of restaurants near me and cust serv is always helpful and friendly. I've never had issues w refunds or credits if restaurant makes a mistake on order. I now, exclusively, order thru Doordash bcs they have the lowest delivery fees.

Deleted my account & app because of the increased prices PLUS high delivery fees. I haven't used this app in over a month. For some pathetic reason, they charged me again for the monthly fee. They can't be that hard up for money with the ridiculous fees they charge us & every restaurant. Stealing my monthly fee is just low & desperate.

Just downloaded for 1 minute and uninstalled it right away. The screen turns horizontal automatically on my phone and the features and access to my dashboard is too limited and unsynced and generally lame and unreliable experience.

This app doesn't work. The order tutorial won't open. I placed an order @ 9:16 pm Saturday ( yesterday 7-10-21) it never arrived. The app sent the wrong address. The app sent to me to help with this problem is made hard to see, and will not reimburse me for my none delivered order. I tried to call the Dasher, and resolve this as it was happening. This could have been resolved with a simple phone call, and not the excuses, and partial reimbursement of this order.

After over 2 hours of troubleshooting we couldn't get the app to print on a Lenovo tablet with a Star TSP 650 II which is a printer approved by DD🤦🏻‍♂️ Worse of all, the support girl gave me this runaround trying so many different things probably knowing full well that the app itself is the problem, not the tablet or the printer. That added insult to injury 🤬

Terrible service. Had to repeat myself multiple times. Yet, they still have not refunded me the issue DOORDASH is 100% responsible for.. which they are claiming that we are. It is ridiculous that each doordash support doesn't have a way to contact the specific person, which is why I had to repeat myself, even with the reference number. Never recieved an email back from them. Terrible communication. Terrible service. Very unimpressed.

Stupid update! Makes way too much NOISE FOR NO REASON. Completely broken, cant turn off super annoying COMPLETE SCREEN TAKEOVER when any driver is even within 2 miles of restaurant. will notify 3-4 times per order that the SAME driver is arriving and BEEP nonstop each time crying for attention. Like a spoiled child throwing a temper tantrum this app needs to be taken out back and spanked constantly. COMPLETELY BROKEN FOR A MONTH NOW AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX APP. use any other delivery company.

Really bad update. After Dasher takes the food, the order doesn't show up in the history for like two hours. So if the Dasher forgot a drink, there's no way to contact them or customer support through the app for the customer.

DoorDash App hogs the BlueTooth printer when the App is opened. Makes all my other systems/tablets/POS not able to print if DoorDash is connected. This is a very big inconvenient that needs to be fixed!!

Can't get in the app at all. Even though I have been live and had a tablet for 5 months I still can't get past the part where it says restaurant tutorial or go live. Very frustrating!
